While most of our cats and kittens are cared for at our shelter in Turangi, fostering plays an important role in supporting animals who need extra time, space, or care before adoption.
Foster carers provide a home environment for animals who may not cope well in the shelter, including undersocialised cats, mothers with litters, or kittens needing extra support.

No previous experience is required — just a willingness to help.
