SwingGolf is a golf swing analysis application that provides:
Video Analysis: AI-powered pose detection and biomechanical analysis
Drawing Tools: Professional annotation and markup capabilities
Export Features: Enhanced video creation with analysis overlays
Swing Improvement: Detailed feedback on golf swing mechanics
You must be at least 13 years old to use SwingGolf
Users under 18 must have parental consent
Users under 13 are prohibited from using the Service
Service available where permitted by law
Some features may be limited based on location

You may not use SwingGolf to:
Illegal Activities: Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Harmful Content: Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful videos
Commercial Exploitation: Resell or redistribute app features
Reverse Engineering: Attempt to copy or modify app technology
System Abuse: Overload or interfere with app infrastructure
Impersonation: Misrepresent your identity or affiliations
Golf-Related Content: App intended for golf swing analysis only
Appropriate Material: No offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content
Personal Videos: Only upload videos you own or have permission to use
Privacy Respect: Do not upload videos of others without consent
App Ownership: SwingGolf and all related technology are our property
Trademarks: SwingGolf name, logo, and branding are protected
Patents: Underlying technology may be protected by patents
Copyrights: App code, design, and documentation are copyrighted
Personal Use License: Non-exclusive right to use the app as intended
Video Ownership: You retain ownership of videos you upload
Analysis Data: You own the analysis results generated from your videos
Export Rights: You may use and share videos you export from the app
MediaPipe: Google's pose detection technology used under license
Apple Frameworks: iOS frameworks used under Apple's terms

Maintenance: Periodic updates may temporarily affect service
Device Compatibility: Service limited to supported iOS devices
Performance: May vary based on device capabilities
Feature Updates: We may add, modify, or remove features
Pricing Changes: Subscription prices may change with notice
Policy Updates: Terms and policies may be updated periodically
Discontinuation: Service may be discontinued with reasonable notice
Distribution: App distributed through Apple App Store
Payments: All transactions processed by Apple
Policies: Subject to Apple's App Store terms and policies

No Injury Claims: We are not liable for injuries related to golf activities
Educational Tool: App is for educational and analysis purposes only
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
No Consequential Damages: We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Liability Cap: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
Device Damage: We are not responsible for device damage or data loss
Third-Party Claims: We are not liable for third-party claims or actions
You agree to indemnify and hold SwingGolf harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
Your uploaded content or analysis results
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any misuse of the analysis or export features
Subscription Cancellation: Cancel through Apple ID settings anytime
App Deletion: Remove app and all data from your device
Effect: Access ends at the end of paid subscription period
We may terminate your access if you:

Engage in prohibited activities
Fail to pay subscription fees
Use the service in harmful ways
Access Cessation: Immediate loss of app functionality
Data Retention: Local data remains on your device until app deletion
Refund Policy: Subject to Apple App Store refund policies

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for:
