New To Me Skills

Over the course of the semester I learned so much about myself and about computers. I learned interdisciplinary skills that helped me in my other courses like finding reliable sources when doing research. Learning file management strategies and cloud computing was a life saver when it came to storage and backing up my work. I learned how to present any information I wanted to communicate in any course by using word processing, presentation software and spreadsheets. Moreover I learned so much about the digital world. Technology issues and solutions, digital privacy, fundamentals of computer networks and hardware, databases, ethics and emerging technology; the things I thought I knew. I learned them all again!
