Our chapter gives away a few scholarships every Spring semester.
Students can apply up until the deadline, which is designated on a certain day, each Spring semester.
The winners of these scholarships are typically announced at our annual banquet, however, this semester we will do them at a later date and announce it through social media and personally contact the winners.
Our scholarship funds come from donations and fundraising that we do during the entire year.
Donations to our chapter and scholarships can be made through our Paypal and Venmo links.

As a member of Kappa Delta Pi, you have already been recognized as an exceptional student and educator.
Thanks to generous donors, KDP can recognize more than 30 individuals with unique scholarships created specifically for members.
Ranging from $625 to $3,750, potential opportunities are available for members at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels of study as well as for those who are practicing classroom teachers.
Our annual scholarship cycle takes place in the spring, with the application deadline on May 1.
Kappa Delta Pi’s mission is to inspire and equip teachers to thrive.
Thanks to the generosity of Dr. Judith F. Evans and Mr. Ralph M. Evans, we offer financial support through Classroom Teacher Grants.
This fall, 50 grants of $150 each will be available to practicing Pre-K–12 teachers through the Classroom Teacher Grants.
Members will be invited to submit compelling applications for their creative, engaging, and impactful projects.
Past recipients have established classroom libraries, purchased much-needed supplies, created makerspaces, incorporated yoga and mindfulness into learning, funded field trips and guest speakers, and utilized new technologies, among other endeavors.
Kappa Delta Pi offers an opportunity for individuals and chapters to provide a grant to an active member of a local KDP Chapter.
A chapter grant provides a grant to an active member of a specific chapter.
Through gifts to Kappa Delta Pi from chapters and individuals, KDP can create an endowment so that a grant will be available.
Through interest, dividends, and capital gains earned on the endowed amount, a grant in an amount up to 5 percent of the principal could be available to award.
This grant may be used for higher education or professional development.
The donor or chapter sets the requirements, and the chapter chooses the recipient and awards the grant.
