Intro
I still have a lot to learn regarding the ocean . I believe that the ocean is vital to life ,not only does it help with trapping heat it also provides us with plenty of resources. I'm gaining a better grasp on what the main learning subjects of the class are.
Goals/Objectives
My goals were "My smart goal is to turn in my work on time. I will attain the goal if I set an hour aside to do the assigned work. In order to reach this goal I will put all of my assignments in my planner. I plan to accomplish this goal by December 17th , 2022". "My second smart goal is to get at least a B in my classes. I'm planning on reaching this goal by turning my assignments in on time and paying close attention in class. In order to reach this goal I will stay on top of all of my assignment due dates and actually do the work. I want to accomplish this goal by December 17th,2022". No, I don't think I adequately met these goals , although I did put things in my planner it did not help with turning my assignments in.
Methods
My methods were :
"For my first goal I originally planned on setting an hour aside for homework. Turns out I should and have had to set more time aside to do my work. I have been on top of putting the assignments in my planner but I then forget to look in it which doesn't really help.
My second goal I feel I have been closer to accomplish than my first one. I have been paying attention in class and for most of my classes I have no missing or late assignments. I still need to work towards this goal though especially for this specific class. To help reach these goals I'm going to put the assignments in the calendar instead of in my planner. That way I can see it on a regular basis and can get alerts for it. My computer is now runny so I can finally work on the eportfolio." These methods were not really all that useful and did not help. I spent around maybe 14 hrs. a week on this class. I would say I completed 1 objective and that was planning all of my work out.
Conclusion
I completed most of the assignments, turning them in is another story though I have a lot of missing assignments despite me doing the work because I forgot to turn them in or I ended up losing them. I would say I was mentally and physically present at all times. I would say I've had more practice with talking to people do to the slo check ins. I think that this class changed my outlook on certain things and how we should all try to do our part to keep the planet thriving. I would say that completing the SLOs was my biggest accomplishment. I think I would give myself a C I managed to turn in and do all of the portfolio in time despite setbacks and learned more as I did it. I Its obviously not even close to perfect, I forgot the in text citations and there are many other errors and I do have missing work but I feel like I learned much more and have a better grasp on things now. I do not really know what grade your going to give me.
