Angelica completed her PhD in Biomedical Engineering at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She was named an NSF GRFP Fellow in 2022. She is a member of the Neuroengineering and Bioinstrumentation lab led by Dr. Nitish Thakor. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  When not in class or lab, she likes to go on runs and bike rides along the waterfront.
