We are often asked "How can I get involved?".

OUR GREATEST NEED-

We are always looking for VOLUNTEERS and SEAMSTRESSES to help out with making the items we put in the kits for the parents to have when they are ready. We need help making contacts to hospitals and funeral homes that we can partner with. We need additional drop-off points throughout the state as this makes it easier to transport dresses between Seamstresses and our central storage point.

Angel Gowns is very special to us as several of our volunteers and donors have had to say good-bye to our sweet babies before getting a chance to know them.

We are in awe of the donations, community support and volunteer inquiries that this project has received.

Together, we have made Angel Gowns Foundation of Oklahoma one of the most successful pages on Facebook. We do not get paid to do what we do, it is all strictly donations and volunteering our time and talents to provide a service that is FREE to parents and partnering agencies.

Fabric from each gown is used (it may be combined with other fabric) to make the Angel Baby gowns that are donated. Left over fabrics that cannot be used will start being used to make pet beds for the local animal shelter so we utilize as much of the dresses as we can.

If you know of a Funeral Home or hospital in Oklahoma that needs to receive some of our gowns, please let us know or direct them to our page as we are constantly searching for new facilities that can utilize our services for the grieving families. We are involved with several facilities, but not all are covered or have been approached. There are only a handful of volunteers and we just don't have enough time in the day to reach every place we would like to. So, if this is something you would like to help with, please send us a message and we will help you get set up.
