They embarked on a mission to bring scientific knowledge about language and cognition to a wider audience. Over time, this initiative has grown and transformed into "Language and Cognition Mystery Files (语言认知探秘档案)," which is presently curated and managed by Dr. He and her team. This column has achieved considerable reach, with over 100 articles published, attracting a total of nearly 100K reads and receiving nearly 2K thumb-ups from an engaged and growing readership.

Sleep is a gift.
Even a nap helps to learn!
Dr. He was highlighted in a news article by Hong Kong Wen Wei Po on World Sleep Day 2024, where she elucidated the remarkable influence that sleep has on language acquisition. She emphasized that not only does overnight sleep work wonders, but even short daytime naps hold equal transformative power. She advocated that sleep should not be seen as time squandered, but rather as a precious endowment from our biology. It's especially beneficial for young children, who naturally take daytime naps, to embrace this advantageous habit.
