Life coach Programs
Shadowmatch coaching (an online interactive program using your habits as a foundation)
Journey to self (a 10 week journey of self-exploration focusing on your beliefs, values and ego-state)
Neuro-coach method program (refine you goals, work towards your dream)
With health coaching, we will focus on the basics that is needed for a healthy lifestyle. We will look at your current lifestyle and what needs adjustments to put you on the right path to optimal health & life. It is recommended to visit at least 2 x per month for 6 months in order to track your progress. All these visits include health checks such as weight, body mass index & blood pressure as well mental health assessments. You will receive a progress report at the end of the course detailing your progress.
Counselling:
I offer wellness counselling and emotional support to help you with your healing process. Through powerful tools and techniques you will learn to develop the inner strength to overcome challenges. Whatever you struggle with, here you will have a safe, non-judgmental space where you can heal.
Multi level neuro processing / MLNP is a somatic awareness approach (The Neuro-coach Method) to deal with negative emotions or belief systems that keeps you stuck. Awareness is the first step towards healing. Unlike talk therapy, this is a "bottom up" approach that helps to achieve results in a much shorter timespan. It helps you to become more present and aware of what is happening inside of you.
Career Coaching:
As nursing was never truly my passion, I decided to further my studies in Life, Wellness and Career coaching. If you are not passionate in what you do, you are missing out on a big part of your purpose. Whether you are in school or in need of a career change, l will assist you in making the best decisions for you going forward. This will be based on various assessments including your interests, values, personality & thinking style and discover your top career choices.

Qualifications: B.Soc.Sc Honours Degree (nursing) - UFS
Certificates: Wellness Specialist (ASCHP), Coach4Success, The Neuro-coach Method
Registered at SANC (14413363) as a Registered Nurse and at the International Coach register (ICR) as a medically qualified life coach, counsellor, wellness coach, career coach and mentor.
