Multi level neuro processing
MLNP is a somatic awareness approach to deal with negative emotions or belief systems that keeps you stuck. Awareness is the first step towards healing. Unlike talk therapy, this is a "bottom up or inside out" approach that helps to achieve lasting results in a much shorter timespan. It helps you to become more present and aware of what is happening inside of you.
