4-wheel Railbike

Andy Graham's 4-wheel railbike was built in 2004 to explore abandoned railroads.

A rail and road hybrid, the railbike could run on rails, or on pavement by making a few simple adjustments. The steering would lock and guide wheels dropped into place to act as railroad wheel flanges.

One of its unique features was the rear drive sprocket that doubled as a disc brake.

The Railbike was used twice in the Great Handcar Regatta that was held in Santa Rosa, California from 2008-2012.
