I’ve worked for over five years within the Prison Service, and previously in services supporting young people and adults with acquired brain injuries, addiction, and bereavement.
Alongside group facilitation and staff development, my core strength lies in one-to-one work — helping clients clarify goals, build self-understanding, and make sustainable change.
I hold a BA in Counselling Psychology and engage in ongoing CPD across Person-Centred, CBT, Existential, Transactional Analysis, and Emotion-Focused approaches.
My work is guided by empathy, authenticity, and respect — values at the heart of ethical practice under the BACP Ethical Framework.
