Responsible for all program design, organization, coaching and maintenance of the weight room for 50+ athletes.

Directing/coaching athletes through comprehensive strength, conditioning, and speed development program. Responsible for all technique instruction and organization.

Implemented a comprehensive integrated sport science speed program which helped 25+ athletes run 20 mph or faster.

Developed and implemented plan for in season, developmental, freshman, and return to play athletes

(Remote) Evaluating 80+ data points on every tackle to deliver actionable insights through customized reports and detailed tackle plans. Leveraging analytics from database of over 70,000 graded tackles. 

Tasked with grading clients defensive tackles as well as uploading film data into proprietary portal in accepted style/format. Also tasked with Quality Control of Level 1/Level 2 analyst's work. 

Clients graded/analyzed include Texas Tech, Colorado, Concordia (MN), various HS throughout the country including TX, CA, WA in short.  

Began as Level 2 Analyst, Promoted to Level 3 (Oct. 2022)

Assist the Football S&C staff, under the direction of  Head Strength Coach Matt Balis.

Assisted/lead warm up stations, maintained program technique/philosophy goals in designated space on the floor.

Bring energy and enthusiasm to the lift every single day. 

 Assist modified injured athletes through workouts.

Assist the Football Performance staff, under the direction of  Assistant Director of Football Sports Performance James Perez.

Assisting with Catapult distribution, coaching, and cueing of program philosophy. Assist modified injured athletes through workouts.

Assist the Football Strength & Conditioning staff, under the direction of Associate Head strength and conditioning coach Marco Candido.

Assisting with set-up/tear down of the weight room & practice, technique instruction, vitamin distribution, and recently began assisting sport science (Athos, Catapult) .

Interpreting & inputting data to later visualize and communicate with athletes within the program. Clients range from NFL athletes to USA rugby and Olympic Athletes. Including Trevor Lawrence, Zach Wilson, Aja Evans, Carlin Isles. 

Created individual Athlete Monitoring system dashboards compiling GPS data, ACWRS calculations, and Quantitative/Qualitative survey data. Data collected: velocity, gps, via McLloyd & kinematics via Binary Sports application
