A little About Me.

My name is Andrea Paygar-Flangiah and I am passionate about telling stories through user experience. I have a niche for equitable and human-centered designs. I truly believe that design lives in everything we do each day. 

I am a UX Researcher located in Minneapolis, MN, with a non-traditional path to UX. My unique background in education has granted me a lens of empathy, inclusivity, and activism. 

I am passionate about innovation, creativity, and people. 

In my spare time, I enjoy writing and performing my spoken word pieces, event decor, as well as spending time with my partner and little ones!
