Holiday Happenings

In December of 2019, we ran our first awareness booth at Holiday Happenings in downtown Andover. With brochures and a poster we created, we informed older kids and parents of our cause. To engage younger kids we had a series of games, including a turtle race. During this race kids would learn from one of our members how to properly and carefully handle a turtle if you see one crossing the road. Then we put their knowledge to the test by racing papier-mâché turtle shells. Our other games included a true and false game and a crossword puzzle which you can check out down below!
