• We have local vendors that we work with to spruce up your unit, or simply make sure everything is in working order.

• We will bill you for the work completed for repairs, or coordinate the invoicing to go to you for renovations.

• When something breaks, we get you a repair person onsite as soon as possible to not inconvenience your guest.

• With our services, you do not have to worry about your rental.

• When you renovate, we will find you the best deals to make your unit beautiful and a dream for your guests. From baseboards to new countertops, we have the resources to assist you in making your unit pop.

• And, the maintenance package allows for us to notify someone on repairs to obtain pricing, and coordinate repairs upon approval of pricing from you.
