Next season rentals:  We do not rent a year in advance. To rent for the next season, you must be added to the wait list here on this site. If you call or text you will not be assured that you are on the wait list for next year. Six months before the date of your stay you will be contacted by an Anchor Condo Service rep via email to see if you still plan on your trip to the area.
