El negro plateado se obtiene aplicando una pasta de grafito en polvo mezclado con diesel sobre la olla dejándola reposar por una olla después de que se le aplico dicha pasta, pasada la hora es tiempo de dar comienzo al pulido con una piedra muy liza, poniendo un poco de presión con la piedra sobre la olla para poder sacar el buen pulido y brillo de esta.

BLACK POTTERY WITH GRAPHITE

The graphite pots are particular to whatever clay you are using. It doesnt matter if it is the cream, white or red clay.

The black sheen is obtained by taking the graphite and mixing it with diesel oil to form a paste that is applied to the pottery and then polished to a high sheen using a fine stone with slight pressure.
