This companion website provides downloads of the delineations computed in Combes, P.-P., Gorin, C., Nakamura, S. & Roberts, M. An Anatomy of Urbanization in Sub-Saharan Africa. Regional Science and Urban Economics. Forthcoming. For each SSA country, it contains links to the delineation results, figures, source data, as well as the scripts used to compute the delineations.

Note: Maps for Comoros, Mauritius, São Tomé, and Seychelles are not displayed for readability but available in the downloads.
The delineations computed in the paper are provided as separate files. Each file contains the geometries and associated variables for the different types of delineation across all countries. Every delineation type is available for download in GeoPackage (gpkg) and Stata (dta) formats. All spatial datasets use the World Mollweide projected Coordinate Reference System (ESRI:54009) to preserve surface area, with a resolution of 250 m × 250 m in projected space. The datasets are licensed under CC-BY 4.0.
We provide the source data and code used to compute the delineations, together with the Stata datasets referenced in the paper. These resources make it possible to reproduce the delineations, including with alternative parameter settings. The corresponding scripts and parameter descriptions are available in the linked GitHub repository. The datasets are licensed under CC-BY 4.0, and the code is licensed under the MIT Licence.
