I'm a biologist interested in understanding how animals interact with their environment. Ecology, behaviour, and conservation are the areas I'm particularly enthusiastic about exploring. Currently, I'm a PhD student in the lab of Dr. Christoph Grüter at the University of Bristol, United Kingdom.
I completed my master’s in Sciences at the University of São Paulo, Brazil, including a 6-month academic exchange at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. I got my Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, with an emphasis on Evolutionary Biology, and also obtained the Teaching degree from the University of São Paulo.
I have consistently maintained an interest in teaching and extension activities, alongside my ongoing research projects. Furthermore, my interest in conservation and sustainable practices has led me to undertake internships in non-profit organizations and gain experience working with marine conservation and traditional communities in Brazil, as well as science communication.
