I am an economist specializing in food consumption. Grounded in experimental, behavioral, and econometric approaches, my research examines how different incentives such as monetary incentives, nudges, and boosts can improve access to healthy and sustainable diets.
My PhD in Economics will be defended on December 2, 2025 at CESAER (INRAE, Dijon).
Starting from February 2026, I will join the GAEL (INRAE, Grenoble) for a postdoctoral position.
