The session was facilitated by Ma'am Elizabeth B. Tumalip, MT II and Ma'am Cathy M. Salas, MT I, aiming to address the importance of performance management in educational settings.
The LAC session focused on the Interim Guidelines for the Department of Education Performance Management and Evaluation System for Teachers in the SY 2024-2025.
They encouraged participants to view PMES as an essential part of their professional growth and development. Participants were enlightened about the changes of the RPMS to PMES.
This session promote understanding PMES principles, such as setting objectives, evaluating performance, and using data for informed decision-making.
By using PMES, teachers will be able to track students’ progress meticulously and adjust their teaching strategies to better meet their needs.
