A poster detailing a project I completed during my internship at NVIDIA. I drafted over 30 new and updated knowledge base articles for the internal IT and HR ticketing system using Microsoft Word, and audited existing articles using Excel to ensure articles were unique, up-to-date, and comprehensive. I synthesized information from various sources and partnered with subject matter experts to review articles prior to publication. My comprehensive, structured writing not only supported self-service, but also enabled a chatbot integrated into the helpdesk to effectively learn and communicate information about NVIDIA's benefits to employees in an accurate and conversational manner.
