The Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam is the largest collection of Van Goghs in the world. We have 200 of his paintings here to admire. The uniqueness of this museum is that you can walk through all the styles that Van Gogh applied. 

During the tour you will learn about his tragic life story while looking at his paintings. After this tour you will understand why it is impossible to box this artist into any category and why he is seen as a bridge into a new era in art history. 

Van Gogh painted only for 10 years but became a master in twisting every style he learned into his unique way. As no other he explored the new opportunities of the time by adding emotions and universal values to art in a way beyond any other artist. 

During the 20 years that I have guided groups to this museum I have seen my guests always growing in appreciation and wonder about this artist. 

The duration of the tour can be between 1 and 4 hours. Total price depends on group size and duration.
