Invoice Studio helps users create invoices, quotes, client records, business profiles, PDF documents, reminders, and CSV exports for their own legitimate freelance or business use. You are responsible for making sure the information you enter is accurate, lawful, and suitable before sending any document to a client or third party.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you should change your password immediately and review your business, client, invoice, and quote data.
New accounts may require email confirmation before login is available. Password reset and account confirmation links may open Invoice Studio using the app’s secure deep-link flow. You are responsible for using an email address that you can access and control.
You control the business profiles, client details, line items, notes, payment details, uploaded images, invoice records, quote records, and documents stored in the app. You should only upload or store information that you have permission to use, process, and share.
Invoices, quotes, PDFs, totals, tax values, payment terms, reminders, and exported files are generated from the information you provide. Invoice Studio does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You should review all generated documents before sending them or relying on them.
Some app actions may be saved locally when your device is offline and synced when your internet connection returns. You are responsible for checking that important invoices, quotes, client records, and business profiles have synced successfully before relying on them across devices.
Invoice Studio may offer a free plan and a Pro subscription. The free plan may include limits such as a limited number of invoices, quotes, business profiles, or import/export features. Pro features may include unlimited invoices, unlimited quotes, unlimited business profiles, and CSV client import. Subscription availability, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the relevant app store or billing provider.
Invoice Studio uses essential local device storage to keep you signed in, remember privacy choices, preserve app preferences, support offline drafts, and manage sync. Data may also be stored using Supabase services, including authentication, database records, and uploaded files. Access to your synced data is controlled by your account permissions.
Invoice Studio may send local reminders for invoice due dates, quote expiry dates, and recurring invoice workflows if notifications are supported and enabled on your device. Notification delivery depends on device settings, operating system support, and app permissions.
You can request account deletion from Settings. When confirmed, Invoice Studio will delete your app data, including invoices, quotes, clients, business profiles, local drafts, deleted items, and synced app records where supported. A deletion request may be queued for an administrator to manually remove the underlying login account from the authentication system. This action cannot be undone.
You must not use Invoice Studio to create fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorised documents or records. You must not attempt to interfere with the app, bypass security protections, access another user’s data, or misuse the service.
We aim to keep Invoice Studio reliable, but the app may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, device issues, network problems, third-party services, app store requirements, or platform changes.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Invoice Studio after updates means you accept the latest version.
Free plan includes 1 business profile. Pro unlocks unlimited business profiles. Existing free users with more than one profile may keep and edit their existing profiles, but creating additional profiles requires Pro.
The free plan includes a limited number of invoices and quotes. Pro unlocks unlimited invoices and unlimited quotes.
Pro includes unlimited invoices, unlimited quotes, unlimited business profiles, and CSV client import.
Yes. Some invoice and quote changes can be saved locally while offline and synced when your connection returns. You should check the sync status before relying on records across devices.
Open the Settings tab to change your account email, update your password, request password recovery, review privacy choices, and log out.
After registration, check your email and confirm your account. Once confirmed, return to Invoice Studio and log in with your email and password.
Use “Forgot password?” on the login screen. You will receive a reset email that opens Invoice Studio and lets you set a new password.
Uploaded images are stored in your account’s storage area and protected by account permissions. You should only upload images that you have the right to use.
Yes. Invoices and quotes can be exported as branded PDFs using your selected business profile, client details, line items, totals, notes, and payment information.
Yes. Invoice Studio supports CSV exports for supported records such as clients, invoices, quotes, payments, tax summaries, and statements.
The consent prompt covers essential local storage used for login sessions, consent records, preferences, drafts, and app functionality. You can review privacy choices later from Settings.
Invoice Studio can schedule local reminders for invoice due dates, quote expiry dates, and recurring invoice workflows. Notifications depend on device support, app permissions, and your operating system settings.
Go to Settings and use the Delete account option in the Danger zone. This deletes your app data and creates an admin request to remove your login account. This action cannot be undone.
For security, the mobile app does not contain admin credentials that can delete authentication users directly. Instead, the app deletes your app data and queues a request for an administrator to remove the login account safely.
No. Invoice Studio helps create documents from the information you enter, but it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You should review documents yourself or ask a qualified professional if needed.
