Only students of the organizing four universities can participate.
Each team will can have up to 5 participants. The team may have participants from UG and/or PG programs (only UG, only PG and/or mixed teams are allowed). However, all participants has to be associated with the business schools/school of business and management of the respective universities. Cross-university team is not allowed.
To participate, the students need to contact their co-ordinating faculty with the name of the team (choose a decent name), the name of the participants, roll numbers/student numbers, program details for the participants.
In Round 1, as many teams from each university can participate
Round 1 will be intra-university, where upto 2 teams for the final round will be selected
Co-ordinating faculty from each university will decide (based on a common evaluation metric) which teams will participate
If any team, who are selected to participate in Round 2, decides not to participate, the next team in the rank can be given option
Round 1 will be a take home assignment with group submission involved. However, the final evaluation will happen based on a presentation of the take home assignment.
Round 2, the final round, will be held in Queen Mary University of London on 11th June 2025 (date is fixed).
Round 2 will be a on-premise assignment (day-long) followed by a presentation. The exact schedule is given in the schedule page.
Round 2 will be evaluated by a consortium of judges. Judges decision is final at all stages.
At any point, the format and the rules of the competition can be changed by the organizers if it is necessary.
