Presented in a large research group with collaborators and experts.
Attended in a conference: Society for Cell Biology
During my PhD from Feb-2019 to Feb-2024, I held dual roles as a Teaching Assistant and a Research Assistant at Hallym University College of Medicine, Chuncheon, South Korea, under the supervision of Professor Jae-Bong Park. As a Teaching Assistant, I supported undergraduate and graduate students by guiding them through coursework, preparing instructional materials, and assisting in laboratory sessions. This role also involved grading assignments and exams, as well as providing academic mentorship.
In my role as a Research Assistant, I was actively involved in conducting scientific research projects, managing experimental design, data collection, and analysis. I collaborated closely with Professor Park and the research team on key projects related to cancer biology, cell signaling, molecular biology etc., contributing to the publication of research papers and presentations at academic conferences.
These experiences allowed me to gain valuable skills in both teaching and research, while enhancing my expertise in my field of study.
