An enthusiastic researcher, with excellences in gene cloning, GST and His-Tagged protein expression and purification, Thrombin cleavage, and storage, Western blotting, Immunoprecipitation, Cell culture (primary monocyte and lymphocyte as well as a wide range of cancer cell lines), Assay method including cell proliferation/cytotoxicity, In-vitro kinase, Pull-down, Immunofluorescence, FACS, Wound healing, Trans-well migration, Invasion, and Luciferase assay, etc., as well as si-RNA/sh-DNA transfection, ChIP-PCR, RT-PCR, qPCR, and Xenograft experiments, Basic bioinformatics.
