Show Dates: April 11th at 7pm
Cast call 5pm
Chaperones please be in the lobby before 5 to check in the kids. Parents - walk your cast member in and check them in with the Chaperone and leave a cell # to reach you in case of emergencies.
Ticket folks - be ready to open ticket booth at 6
Kids - please bring a laundry basket to store your belongings.
April 12th at 7pm - cast call 5pm

April 13th at 2pm and 7pm - cast call 12 noon

Strike immediately following show - everyone will be assigned a job. STRIKE is mandatory for all cast members.
Not all cast members will be called for all rehearsals until we get closer to the show.

2-3:30 Music "Loud" - Adult ensemble
Off Book Date :) Please have all lines and songs memorized by this date. Starting to rehearse without your scripts will help get everyone more in character.
Monday March 4
6:30-7:30 Dance "Loud" - Mrs. Wormwood, Rudolpho, and Miss Honey
7:30 -8:30 Blocking Scene 21b - Matilda, Mrs and Mr Wormwood, Michael, Rudolpho, Sergei, Miss Honey, Josefine, Tessa Ali, Maureen Chorma
Thursday March 7 - REHEARSAL WILL BE AT WILKINS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 80 Boston Post Road Amherst

7:30 - 8:00 - kids measurements
7:30 - 8:30 Blocking Scenes 19b, 20, 20a - Matilda, Miss Honey
Sunday March 10 - BIOS are DUE TODAY!!!
1-3 Act 2 Run through - Full Cast
3-5 Clean up act 2 - Full Cast, will let some people go early when they are done - only if your BIO has been submitted :)
Monday March 11
6:30-7:30 Dance Review "Miracle" and "Bows" - Full Cast
6:30-7:30 Blocking - Miss Honey, Matilda, Trunchbull
7:30-8:30 Dance Review "School Song" - All Kids

Sunday March 17 Wear your green!
1-4 Run-through of the whole show - Full Cast
Come prepared with something to do while you are not in scenes, snack and water.
PARENTS - please arrive at 4 for the costume check and more costume notes.
4-5 Bring your everyday costumes to be approved including shoes, kids also bring your white shirt for your uniform
(if we are providing a costume pieces for you, we will have you try them on to see what works) - Mrs. Wormwood, Escapologist, Acrobat, Trunchbull, Miss Honey
Monday March 18
6:30-7:30 Dance/Music - Clean up for All kids
7:30-8:30 Dance/Music - Classroom kids, Matilda
Thursday March 28
6:30-8:30 All kids called - clean up
Adult cast members may come to this rehearsal to practice with each other, but this rehearsal is not mandatory. I have appointed two adult cast members to help with singing and dance.
No rehearsal on Sunday 31st - Happy Easter to those who celebrate!🐰🥚
WORK CALL - Tuesday April 2 from 6-9 at SHS. There will be building and painting.

12-12:30 get in costume and microphones, set props
12:30 -4 run-through of show
4-5 Notes, Fix, and Polish, Change out of costumes
Please bring a dry snack, something to do backstage, and costume pieces and shoes
No hair and makeup
