Captain Quackers' Mission

Captain Quackers believes even the most familiar objects can reveal unexpected stories.

Her mission is to follow the clues behind rubber ducks—investigating who made them, how they were designed, where they traveled, what they meant to their owners, and how they became part of popular culture.

Along the way, she helps translate the museum's research into adventures, stories, missions, and discoveries that visitors of every age can explore.

Because sometimes the best way to understand history is to get curious and start asking questions.
