Holistic & Constructivist Approach 

 These two teaching styles understand that education involves more than just cognitive growth; it also encompasses social, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of learning. It recognizes the interconnected nature of mind, body, and spirit, emphasizing the need to foster the development of the whole individual. Through the constructivist teaching method, which views learning as an active process of construction through experiences, reflection, and social interaction, I aim to create a nurturing environment where students feel at ease to grasp and engage with educational concepts.

Personal Definition of Being a Leader: 

Leadership isn't about barking orders from a mountaintop. It's about walking alongside your people, ears open and heart full.True leaders build bridges not walls with empathy as the mortar and integrity as the cornerstone. Only then can a environment culture flourish, where diverse voices rise and dreams and goals take flight.

 Here's why compassion plays a grand role in leadership and environmental culture transformation:

-True leaders like Nelson Mandela and Abraham Lincoln understood that connection, not control, fuels greatness. They inspired loyalty through understanding and shared humanity even with former adversaries.

- From Anita Roddick's ethical business practices to Abraham Lincoln's undeniable integrity, great leaders live by their values, inspiring trust and motivating others.

3) The Power of active listening:

-Martin Luther King Jr. exemplified the importance of active listening. Great leaders hear not just words, but the concerns and aspirations of those they lead.

Understanding digital literacy is the ability of an individual to evaluate find and communicate information through the use of media and technology on various platforms. Is it examined by the individuals grammar, composition typing skills and ability to produce text images, auto and designs using technology.It has nothing to do with age nor older or younger  generations
