We value your privacy and your right to control your data. Pursuant to the App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play User Data policies, users have the right to request the deletion of their account and all associated data.

What data will be deleted?

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

• User Profile: Your ID, email address, and authentication records.

• Virtual Credits: Any remaining credits or subscription status.

• Saved Content: All "Saved Gems" (Rizz replies and bios) stored in your history.

Note: This action is irreversible.

How to delete your account

Method 1: Instant Deletion (In-App)

The fastest way to delete your data is through the app itself:

1. Open Rizz Master.

2. Navigate to the Support page (found in the footer or menu).

3. Scroll down to the "Danger Zone".

4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.
   Result: Your data is immediately wiped from our database.

Method 2: Web/Email Request (If you cannot access the app)

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, you may request deletion manually:

1. Send an email to: rizzmasterhelpteam@gmail.com

2. Subject Line: "Account Deletion Request"

3. Body: Please include the Email Address associated with your account.

4. Verification: We may reply to verify you own the account before processing.

Processing Time: Manual requests are processed within 7 business days.
