Bible Nova Companion: Account & Data Deletion

At Bible Nova Companion, we believe you should have full control over your personal data and spiritual reflections. If you no longer wish to use our service, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you delete your account, the following information is permanently erased from our servers and databases:
Your authenticated profile (Email, Profile Name, and Profile Picture if applicable).
All of your chat history and generated AI responses.
Your saved intentions, reflections, and any other user-generated content.
Your personal settings and preferences.
Note: Deleting your account will not automatically cancel your active subscriptions. You must manage and cancel your subscriptions directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
How to Delete Your Account In-App
The fastest way to delete your account and data is directly through the Bible Nova Companion app:
Open the Bible Nova Companion app and ensure you are logged in.
Navigate to the Settings menu.
Scroll down and tap on Account Settings (or Profile).
Tap the Delete Account button.
Confirm your decision. Upon confirmation, you will be logged out, and your data will be queued for immediate and permanent deletion.
How to Request Manual Data Deletion
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can request manual data deletion by contacting our support team:
Send an email to ammeliasmith1510@gmail.com.
Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
Include the email address associated with your Bible Nova Companion account so we can locate your data.
We will verify your request and process the complete deletion of your data within [e.g., 7-14] business days.
