Joke Central is a joke website and Android app. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app stores, what information may be processed by third-party services, and your available choices.
Joke Central does not require an account and does not intentionally collect your name, email address, contacts, location, camera, microphone, or payment information.
The app does not use its own analytics or payment SDKs. Jokes, saved jokes, and recent-joke history are stored locally on your device.
The Android app displays banner and occasional interstitial advertisements through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). AdMob may process device, network, advertising, and ad-interaction information to deliver, measure, and protect advertisements.
Where required, the app requests consent before displaying personalized ads. You may access available advertising privacy controls through the “Ad privacy choices” option shown in the app.

Saved jokes and recent-joke history are stored locally in your browser or Android app storage. Joke Central does not upload or synchronize this information to its own servers.
You can delete saved jokes individually, use the clear-all option, clear the app or browser data through your device settings, or uninstall the app.
The app uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google User Messaging Platform for advertising and privacy-consent management.
These services may receive technical information such as your IP address, device information, app or browser information, advertising identifiers, network information, and ad interactions. Their use of this information is governed by their own privacy policies.
The website may be hosted through GitHub Pages. GitHub may process normal technical request information required to deliver the website under its own policies.
Joke Central does not use external joke APIs or send joke requests to remote servers.
When you use the Share feature, the app opens the platform share sheet or copies the joke to your clipboard. You choose whether and with whom to share the content.
When you select Report Joke, the app opens a pre-filled email draft addressed to:

The email is not sent automatically. If you send the report, your email provider and the support mailbox may receive your email address and any content included in the message.
The app may use the following permissions:
Internet: To load online content and advertisements.
Network state: To help advertising services determine network availability.
Vibrate: To provide optional haptic feedback after button presses.
Advertising and technical SDK permissions: To support advertising delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and consent management.
The app does not request runtime access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, or personal storage.
Joke Central does not maintain user accounts or server-side user profiles.
Locally stored jokes remain on your device until you delete them, clear app or browser data, or uninstall the app.

Email retention may also be controlled by your email provider.
The Android app uses HTTPS for external connections and disables cleartext traffic. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or its data practices change. The “Last updated” date will be changed whenever this policy is revised.
