注意事項

＊ 請先詳讀TEM樣品規範

＊本機台因每次上機之校正過程較複雜，目前不接受自行操作申請。

＊使用者請於每次預約之備註欄，註明委託當日所需使用之機台電壓。若未事先註明，管理者將於當日利用委託時段時間進行電壓調整及校正。

*使用者必須於委託時段全程在場，以討論其委託樣品動態狀況，並提供其所需之操作條件。

*使用者在未經管理者同意前，不得擅自使用或操作任何實驗室中之設備，包括硬體及軟體: 且使用者必須遵守所有AMC lab 規則。如有違反，即刻停權。

＊ 本實驗室不提供檢測或資料分析服務及報告。

＊ 本機台有別於常見之TEM機台，因電子束較強，且為能達到最好的解析度，需經常進行beam shower; 另更換電壓或樣品後之等待穩定的時間也較久，請耐心等候。

＊ E-beam sensitive 的樣品請先提供在其他低階TEM 拍攝過的影像結果，並事先與管理者進行樣品與TEM拍攝條件討論。

費用分攤標準

• 單位時數：6 hrs (外加1hr 午間機台穩定時間) (詳見預約系統)

     單位委託價: $12000 

• 使用特殊holder加價：$10000/次

• 進行非常溫實驗，因須進行複雜之系統及樣品台前處理，以常溫時段之三倍計價

Note:

*This delicate system is not open for training.

* Please make a note (memo) for each reservation, about the acc. voltage you will be needing. If you don’t make a note in advance, changing the acc. voltage will be conducted during your booked time.

* The user's presence is required on-site during the service session to discuss their specimens with the facility manager and to specify the desired TEM system conditions.

* Users are NOT allowed to touch any facilities, including hardware and software, in the lab without obtaining permission from the facility manager. Additionally, users must follow all AMC lab rules. Violation of any lab rule will result in immediate disqualification from lab access.

* No analysis or any kind of data report will be provided. The user should take the raw data and make his/her own data analysis afterwards.

* In order to get good results, long waiting times are needed for the sample to be stabilized, as well as for the gun to be stablilized after the voltage changing. Also frequent beam-shower may have to be conducted on this system due to the very strong e-beam irradiation. Please be patient.

* The sample rules are the same as those required for conventional TEM.

* For E-beam sensitive specimens, the users need to provide TEM images obtained from other TEM systems in advance, and discuss the specimen as well as the imaging conditions with the facility manager before booking the AC-TEM sessions.
