This guide will walk you through the process step by step.
Launch the Prime Video app on your Smart TV, Fire Stick, Roku, or other device.
Select “Sign In” to begin.
A unique 6–8 digit code will appear on your TV screen.
Keep this screen open — you’ll need the code shortly.
On your phone, tablet, or computer, open a browser and visit amazon.com/mytv.
Sign in with your Amazon account credentials (the same account linked to Prime Video).
Type the activation code from your TV into the box on the website.
Click “Register Device” or “Submit.”
Your TV will refresh automatically.
You’re now signed in and ready to stream Prime Video.
Code expired? Restart the Prime Video app to generate a new one.
Wrong account? Make sure you’re signing in with the account that has Prime membership.
Internet issues? Ensure your TV or device is connected to Wi-Fi before starting.
