Sunday, May 17th- Picture Day #2

Picture day will be held at the dance studio. 

Picture Day Protocols:

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled picture time. We cannot wait for you to take the picture if you are running late.

• Only one adult per dancer in the building for pictures is permitted. Dancers and teachers are the only ones who will be in the room where pictures are being taken. The room is very small and we have a lot of large groups for this picture day. If you have to pay the photographer or ask a question that's fine, but we kindly ask that parents exit the room after. We appreciate your cooperation! 

• Please come dressed in your FIRST costume. There will be space to change if you have several costumes.

• All Ballet classes (Minis, Jrs, Teens) should wear PINK tights with their costume. (Tot Pre-Ballet should wear tan)

• Bring every piece that comes with your costume (i.e hair pieces, shoes bows, etc) Your teacher will let you know where each piece goes. Please do not add to, take away or alter these costumes in any way. They are meant to be uniform with the entire class.

• Make sure you have the correct color shoes with you for picture day. Shoe requirements can be found under the "Our Classes" tab on our website

• No nail polish, fake tattoos or jewelry please! 

Hair & Makeup

• We encourage light makeup for picture day, but it is of course optional for younger dancers. We prefer neutral colors on the eyes (such as brown tones) as bright colors clash with the costume and can be very distracting. Please do not wear glitter for picture day.

• Dancer's hair needs to be in a LOW bun with a part (middle or either side is fine). No flyways or bangs should be left out, gel or hairspray them back. Light makeup and neutral toned is encouraged, but always optional for younger dancers. Competition dancers please do a center part for your bun and wear your competition lipstick and earrings.

Ordering Pictures

• Those ordering pictures need to come to Picture Day with their envelope order form filled out with payment inside. If you are putting cash in the envelope, please have exact change. Checks can be made out to Kevin Knieriem. They also accept Venmo, GPay, CashApp and PayPal. If you need more envelopes, we will have them at the studio on Picture Day.

• Please use one envelope order form per each class that you would like to purchase pictures for. You may use one check to cover all order forms though.

Even if you do not plan on purchasing pictures, your dancer needs to come for the group photo which will be featured in our recital program.
