Located on the 4th floor, this versatile space is designed for our in-house guests to relax and connect, while also serving as an ideal venue for your special events. Adorned with wooden tables and chairs, the area embodies a serene ocean and native-inspired decor that harmonizes with its breathtaking surroundings. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the sea, nearby islands like Siquijor and Apo, and the pool, all in the comfort of an open-air setting. Whether you're here to unwind or celebrate, this unique space offers a perfect blend of elegance and tranquility.

Notice on Layhara Lounge Booking: If you wish to book the Layhara Lounge for your event, the rate is ₱3,000 plus applicable entrance fees [Php150 per pax]. For groups, we also offer affordable package rates—please feel free to inquire for more details. 

LAYHARA RENTAL PER SPACE: For guests renting the Layhara Lounge, each space costs Php1,500. The space can be shared in 2 groups. Noise & Consideration: Since the Lounge is a shared venue, noise from other parties or guests is inevitable. As the booking party, please be considerate of everyone’s comfort and help maintain a pleasant atmosphere. 

Audio, Lights & Electrical Use 

The APR Events shall provide audio systems required for the event. Outsourced audio equipment from external vendors will not be permitted under any circumstances. Outsourced lighting equipment may be allowed, subject to prior approval, and will incur an additional charge to cover electricity usage.

Environmental Conditions: The Client acknowledges and accepts that the Event Space is an open-air venue. The Client has been duly informed that, at certain times, humidity levels may be high and natural airflow may be limited. The Client further understands and agrees that the Venue does not provide, and is not responsible for providing, electric fans, air-conditioning units, or any similar cooling equipment. The Client assumes full responsibility for any arrangements necessary to address comfort concerns related to heat or humidity during the event. The Venue shall not be held liable for any discomfort, inconvenience, or claims arising from such environmental conditions. 

Rainwater Intrusion Notice: Please be advised that due to the open‑air design of our event space, strong winds during heavy rainfall may occasionally cause rainwater intrusion. While we take every reasonable measure to maintain comfort and safety, guests should be aware that certain areas may experience minor water entry during such weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and encourage everyone to exercise caution and enjoy the venue responsibly. 

Swimming Pool Policy Announcement

To ensure cleanliness, safety, and comfort for all guests, proper swimming pool attire is required at all times.

Acceptable swimwear includes:

• One-piece swimsuits

• Two-piece swimsuits

• Rash guards

• Swimming trunks

⚠️ Please note: A fine of Php500 pesos will be imposed for non-compliance with this policy.

ELECTRICITY CHARGES FOR EQUIPMENT USE

Basic Videoke: ₱500. Audio and Lights System: ₱1,500 and above, depending on the setup. Please note that rates may adjust depending on whether lights/other devices are included and how extensive the setup is.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Please note that event styling, food catering services, audio and lighting equipment, and all other vendor services are not included in the rate. These arrangements will need to be organized separately.
