HOUSE RULES AND GUIDELINES
Our goal at ALZURICH PRIVATE RESIDENCES AND RESORT is to give our guests a remarkably organized, enjoyable, and suitable resort experience. We regard these resort policies and house rules to be a part of our reservation agreement. Upon checking in, you, as our guest, agree to abide by ALL of our terms and conditions, procedures, and resort policies/house rules. We reserve the right to refuse service or to charge the guest's card for any fees that may be incurred for damages or for breaking resort policies/house rules. Since we cherish each guest's safety and satisfaction, the management of ALZURICH PRIVATE RESIDENCES AND RESORT would greatly appreciate your participation in adhering to the following. House Rules and Resort Policies are subject to change without prior notice.
Advance Reservation Requirement: All reservations and appointments, regardless of type, must be made at least two (2) days in advance. As our staff are on call, this lead time is necessary to properly arrange schedules and ensure smooth service delivery.
RECEPTION OFFICE is OPEN DAILY from 8AM-10PM.
LOCATION AND DINING POLICY: Our resort is situated away from the main city, offering guests a peaceful and relaxing environment. Transfers are available along the national highway for convenient access to and from the property. As we do not operate an onsite restaurant, guests are encouraged to explore neighboring resorts for their dining options, ensuring a variety of culinary experiences during their stay.
MOBILE NETWORK POLICY: Please be advised that our property does not have mobile signal coverage for most networks. Only guests using the DITO TELECOMMUNITY NETWORK will have service available within the resort. We encourage guests to plan accordingly and make necessary arrangements prior to arrival.
GUEST BEHAVIOR POLICY: All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times. Any behavior that causes trouble, disturbances, or poses a risk to the safety and comfort of others will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to evict guests immediately without refund if such conduct occurs, ensuring the well‑being of the property, staff, and fellow guests.

FLEXIBLE CHECK-IN: We accommodate early check-in as per request in advance and is subject to room availability.
FLEXIBLE CHECK-OUT: We accommodate late departure only if the room is available and is subject to additional surcharge per succeeding hour.
ID/DOCUMENTS: All guests/visitors are required to present an ID/document/passport with a picture upon check-in. Guest/s who refuse to do so, will not be accepted as guest/s.
PERSONAL DATA: The Guest agrees and affirms to give consent to Alzurich Private Residences and Resort to perform (photocopy/scan) his/her personal documents in order to register him/her as a guest of the Resort. The Guest may, at his/her own discretion, decide to register through fingerprint in which case he/she additionally agrees to the process of such data accordingly.
ROOM CHARGE: All guest/s are charged per night.
NO SHOW: No refund. In case guest fails to arrive [property] by 6:00PM PHT without notice, reservation will be tagged as “NO SHOW and/or CANCELLED.
TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTY PERSON: For early check-out guest, the guest is not allowed to handover/transfer the room to a third-party person for whatsoever reason.
ROOM KEY/KEYCARD: Guests are reminded that no room key means you are not officially checked out of the room, and when leaving, you are responsible for ensuring the door is properly locked. Guests are not allowed to remove or separate the keycard and room key, and any loss of a room card or key will be subject to an applicable extra fee.
KEYCARD SWITCH: Guests acknowledge that only the keycard attached to the room keys may be inserted into the keycard switch. Inserting any other item is strictly prohibited, as it may damage the keycard switch.
Guests acknowledge that they are strictly prohibited from leaving the room with power supply maintained by inserting any unofficial item into the keycard switch. Only the authorized keycard attached to the room keys may be used. Any attempt to keep the air-conditioning or other electrical systems running by improper means is not allowed, as it may cause damage to the switch and could result in fire hazards.
ROOM MINIBAR: Mini-bar is provided every room and the beverage/s inside – not complimentary. The guest will be charged per item.
ROOM AMENITIES: Guests acknowledge that room amenities—including Smart TV (subject to availability), split-type air-conditioner, water heater, minibar, hot and cold shower, and two coffee cups with saucers—are provided as listed, and accept that availability and use are subject to the property’s terms and conditions. Guests further acknowledge that the provision of two coffee cups with saucers is fixed, and that requests for additional cups cannot be accommodated.
WINDOW BLINDS: Third-floor rooms are equipped with window blinds, while second-floor rooms do not have this feature.
ROOM ACCESSIBILITY NOTICE: Guests acknowledge that all guest rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd levels of the property, and that no service elevator is available, which may present accessibility limitations for elderly and PWD guests. Guests further acknowledge that dining lights differ by floor, with a 3‑arm chandelier situated on the 3rd floor and a single light bulb on the 2nd floor, and accept these conditions as part of the property’s current facilities.
COOKING INSIDE THE ROOM: Cooking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms, as they are equipped with smoke detection systems. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests.
NOISE AND DISTURBANCE FROM EVENTS: Our place features three event spaces that regularly host weddings, conferences, and celebrations, which may bring increased activity in common areas and occasional noise from music or amplified sound; while we strive to conclude events by 10:00 PM in line with local regulations, please note that none of our rooms are fully insulated from outside noise and some sound may still be heard during events—our staff will be on hand to manage traffic flow and ensure safety and comfort.
ADDITIONAL BEDDING: A limited number of bedding/mattress/towel available upon request, and subject to availability. Additional surcharge may apply per item, per use. Please be guided accordingly that not all rooms can be furnished with extra mattress due to different room arrangements and orientations.
OUTSIDE MATTRESS: Guests acknowledge that they are not permitted to bring personal mattresses into the room for any reason, including for use by another person. Only the bedding provided by the property may be used inside the room.
ACCESS TO ROOMS
·We provide room make up daily and room cleaning after 3 days of your stay.
·The Housekeeping Staff is required to enter the room at subsequent times to clean the room, check for safety, and verify the condition of the room.
·APRR Management reserves the right to enter a room with a known status of “Do Not Disturb” for reasonable purposes, such as an emergency, housekeeping, and maintenance, verify that the room, its fixtures, and mechanical equipment are intact, or to address or prevent a violation of our Resort Policies / House Rules.
·In the event of suspected illegal activity, management reserves the right to subpoena law enforcement to assist in eviction.
·The right to privacy ends when a Resort Policy / House Rule is broken. Law enforcement will be granted immediate access to resort property and rooms of evicted guests.
HOUSEKEEPING / ROOM INSPECTION
· Housekeeping is provided daily between the hours of 9:00AM to 4:00PM.
· This is a 100 % NON-SMOKING resort (see below for what is included as “smoking).
· Rooms are cleaned and checked daily and a detailed record is maintained on each room and linen.
· Rooms are rented to guests in a very good and appropriate condition without any prohibited odor.
· Housekeeping and Front Desk staffs are trained and skilled in identifying the odors from prohibited items.
· If our investigation concludes that you have smoked in your room, cooked, or brought a prohibited item into our facility, fees will be assessed, and you may be evicted without any refund.
CANDLE, INCENSE, ESSENTIAL OILS: Candle, incense, essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, and the like.) are prohibited. These items and activities will be treated as smoking, a fine assessed, and the guest may be evicted with no refund.
NON-SMOKING: Alzurich Private Residences and Resort is a 100% smoke-free resort. All rooms are equipped with a smoke detection system and a sprinkler system. For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor which is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff, and that is difficult to remove from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture, we do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, incense, cooking, cigars, candle burning, the use or diffusing of patchouli oil or other strong-smelling plant-based essential oils or synthetic products in our facility.
Guests are encouraged to notify Front Desk staff immediately if they smell cigarette, marijuana, or other objectionable odors. A minimum fee will be charged for smoking of any kind on property.
LINEN CHANGING: Your comfort is very important to us. For guests staying multiples nights, bed linen/towel is changed after 3 days if all personal items are removed from the bed and our housekeepers can access the walkways around the bed. Please ask the APRR Personnel for service. We hope our guests will assist us in decreasing our environmental impact and water use by reusing towels as much as possible, however, if new towels are needed, please leave them on the floor of your room and we will replace them. Pease note: Guest/s are not allowed to do the laundry inside the room as well as hanging of clothes/towels/linens outside of the room/corridor/lobby is not allowed. We provide a clothesline located at the back of the room.
SPECIAL REQUESTS: We will make an extra effort to honor special requests such as a specific floor or room number, adjacent rooms, extra mattress, etc. upon arrival. All special requests are noted on reservations and we will do our best to accommodate. However, the availability of these items/requests cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Guests acknowledge that not all rooms are equipped with a Smart TV or minibar. In the event that a room does not include these amenities, guests are free to request a discount, subject to the property’s approval and applicable terms.
CAR PARK: We provide free parking and is subject to availability. Our onsite parking spaces are reserved primarily for in-house guests, while day-use guests may park subject to availability. Please note that our parking area can only accommodate up to 8 vehicles. Guests expecting visitors are advised to inform them of this parking limit, and for larger events we strongly encourage carpooling to ensure convenience for all.
Two-wheeled vehicles are not permitted to park in front of the mango tree. A designated parking area is available for motorcycles and similar transport; kindly ask our staff for directions to the proper location.
DAY USE: Rooms are available for day use and it is only available from 10:00AM-05:00PM.
DAY USE AND POWER OUTAGE POLICY: Rooms are available for day use only from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In the event of a power outage, the standby generator will be operated only if there are three (3) or more rooms booked. If fewer than three rooms are occupied, management reserves the right to cancel or refuse service during the outage. This policy ensures efficient use of resources while maintaining fairness to all guests.
CHILD POLICY: A maximum of two children under the age of 6 years old are allowed to share the room and/or using the existing mattress/bedding without additional charges.
PET POLICY
Our property is home to house dogs and cats that have been part of the resort since its construction. While they are friendly and accustomed to guests, we kindly advise everyone to limit petting or handling them to ensure both guest safety and the animals’ comfort.
· We value the safety and convenience of all our guests. APRR is dog friendly and please be informed that we only accept small types of dogs less than 10kg, and domestic/house cats to a maximum of 1 dog/cat per room.
· Pet owners should provide the following: vaccination record/anti-rabies certificate, medical clearance, pet’s food and vitamins, water bowls, pet’s leash, pet’s stroller/carrier, pet’s toy, disposable bags, pee pad, diapers, comfortable cage for sleeping.
· The management and its employees shall not be liable for any loss, injuries, or illness, of any pet for whatsoever reason.
· When in public places keep your pet leashed at all times. Refrain from bringing your pet/s in common and recreational areas within the property such as bars and restaurants, function rooms, swimming pool area, and gym.
· Pets are allowed to play/stay at the property’s garden, if available. Please be guided that the pet owners should clean the waste of their pets and should be disposed in disposable bags. At all times, the guest should keep the property’s good sanitation.
· The pet owners agree not to leave any pet/s unattended. Leaving your pet/s unattended for more than 24hours shall be considered abandonment and shall be reported to the proper authorities.
· The registered guest shall protect resort management for any costs, losses, or damages which may result from such action taken.
· In the event that other fellow guests are complaining about the noise and/or disturbance, pet owners should address the complaints right away.
· In cases that the pet is excessively aggressive/causing harm towards other guests or employees, pet should be removed from the property.
· The management of Alzurich Private Residences and Resort reserves the right to decline, room changes, removal of any pet/s from the property, and/or discontinue the service without refund, if the pet is dangerous, sick, unhealthy, disruptive, or failure to abide and comply the management pet policy.
· A security deposit of Php5,000 should be provided by the pet owner/registered guest upon check-in. The said security deposit shall cover any damages incurred which may include but are not limited to, stained linens/textiles scratches on floor/furniture, and revenue lost while the room is under extra cleaning and out of service.
· The confirmation/room clearance from the housekeeping personnel and no damage was found, the security deposit is subject to be returned.
NO PARTIES
·Alzurich Private Residences and Resort enforces a No In-Room Party Policy to ensure we can protect the resort and our guests at all times.
·No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises.
·In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise.
·If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the resort without refund.
·Registered guest(s) are responsible for all persons visiting.
·Non-Registered visitors are only permitted until 8:00PM. If found with more “people” not listed on the Guest Registration Form after 8:00PM, your stay will be considered a party. You will be ordered to vacate the premises without refund and may be assessed a Guest Compensation Disturbance Fee.
VISITOR LIMIT: Each room may receive up to two visitors to ensure the comfort of other in‑house guests.
EXCEEDING LIMITS: Additional visitors beyond the allowed number are subject to extra charges.
ALCOHOL: Registered guests of legal age (21), who choose to bring their own alcoholic beverages, must consume those in their room. Alcohol is not allowed in public areas such as the reception area, work area, lounge area, corridors, staircases, etc.
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION POLICY: Moderate alcohol consumption is permitted within the resort. However, excessive drinking that leads to chaos, disturbances, incidents, or similar disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay immediately should such situations arise, in order to protect the safety, comfort, and well‑being of all guests and staff.
VISITORS: No visitors after 8:00PM. Visitors must notify APRR STAFF upon their arrival. Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times, and may be charged an Extra Person fee for guests on property after 8:00PM.
QUIET TIME: To ensure the enjoyment of our happy time together and to maintain harmony with neighboring resorts and residents, quiet time shall begin at 9:00 PM each evening. Beyond this hour, guests are requested to refrain from loud noises, music, or activities that may cause disturbance. This policy is in accordance with the local ordinance and is intended to foster respect and consideration for the surrounding community.
SWIMMING POOL
POOL CONTAMINATION LIABILITY: In the event that a guest vomits or otherwise contaminates the swimming pool, thereby necessitating the complete replacement of pool water and extraordinary maintenance measures, the guest shall be held liable for liquidated damages in the amount of Twenty Thousand Pesos (₱20,000). Cleaning/Refilling the pool requires a period of seven (7) to ten (10) days, depending on water source availability. During this time, the resort shall be unable to accept guests or honor bookings. The fee represents the reasonable cost of sanitation, water replacement, operational disruption, and loss of business. The resort reserves the right to enforce immediate collection of said amount and to pursue further remedies under applicable law should payment not be rendered.
Note: Swimming pool is ONLY intended for in-house guests.
Attendees/visitors from Lariya Function Hall, Islariya Poolside, and Layhara Lounge Area are not allowed to use the pool.
·Swimming pool is open daily from 8:00AM to 10:00PM (for in-house guest/s).
·Access to free use of the swimming pool is only granted for in-house guest/s.
·Visitors are not allowed to use the swimming pool.
·A proper swimming costume is a must for using the swimming pool facilities.
·Taking a shower before entering the pool is obligatory, and it is also advisable to take a bath with soap after leaving the pool.
·Children below 14 years must be attended by an adult in proper swimwear, and the use of life vest is encouraged for safety.
·Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the pool area of the resort.
·Glassware is not allowed around the pool.
·Please let the resort staff know if you are a beginner at swimming and need assistance.
·Diving is forbidden since it can result in harm.
·Any other enjoyable play in the pool should be avoided; the pool is exclusively for swimming.
·The swimming pool should not be used by anyone with a known major medical condition (such as heart illness, severe circulation issues, epilepsy, or respiratory issues).
·It is definitely forbidden to chew tobacco, pan masala, or other similar materials on the pool area.
It is not permissible for anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs to be in the surrounding area or the pool complex.
·It is not permitted to spit, spew water, or blow your nose in the pool.
·Littering around/inside the swimming pool is absolutely forbidden since it might clog the drainage and piping systems.
·Wearing of rings/earrings, a golden chain, the sacred thread, and the like are not allowed while swimming.
·Please store all valuables in the designated lockers/rooms/personal bags. The management is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings left on the swimming pool property.
·Avoid swimming an hour or more after a meal, when you are tired, hungry, or overheated.
·It is not allowed to eat or drink on the pool decks.
·For concerns of public health and safety, chewing gum is not allowed anywhere near the pool.
·For the safety of all guests and others, please walk rather than run in and out of the pool area.
·When exercising or playing in the swimming area, the resort and management are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property, accident, disability, or death resulting from any cause.
·These rules and regulations are subject to change at any time without notice.
FREE Wi-Fi ACCESS: Access to our Wi-Fi is free for our registered guests. The hotel Wi-Fi access code is subject to change without notice. Wi-Fi signals are subject to change without notice depending on the room’s location, the status of our Wi-Fi equipment, and interference from other local wireless signals. Alzurich Private Residences and Resort assume no liability for guest use.
DAMAGE AND / OR THEFT OF HOTEL PROPERTY
·You are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room(s), resort’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your party, whether or not staying at the resort during your stay.
·Alzurich Private Residences and Resort reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details, or forfeit your security deposit, account information as presented at registration and charge or debit the credit/debit card such amounts as it shall, at its sole discretion, deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by Alzurich Private Residences and Resort as a result of the aforesaid.
·Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right, and you hereby authorize us, to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the resort property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc.
·We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
DAMAGE DISCOVERED AFTER CHECK-OUT: Guest Rooms found with waste scattered around, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to a maintenance deep cleaning fee, administration fee and/or third-party fees.
DAMAGE TO ROOM
·Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, artwork, etc. will be charged at 150% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges.
·Any damage to resort property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room.
·Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
DAMAGE TO MATTRESS AND BEDDING: Damage to mattress and linen including; towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, etc. will result in a charge at 150% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges, for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article.
DINING OPTION: Guests acknowledge that the Islariya Poolside and Layhara Lounge are designated event spaces, and meals may only be taken there if no event is scheduled. Guests further accept responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness of these venues when using them.
LAYARA VIEWING DECK: The Laraya Viewing Deck is strictly designated for picture-taking and scenic viewing only, and to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere, the consumption of alcoholic beverages while staying at the deck is strictly prohibited; furthermore, for the safety and well-being of all guests, children must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult, and we kindly ask for your cooperation in preserving this space so that everyone can responsibly enjoy its breathtaking views.
POWER OUTAGE
Alzurich Private Residences and Resort is equipped with a solar power system that serves as a backup energy source during power outages, primarily intended to provide illumination throughout the property. In the unlikely event that the solar backup experiences technical issues, a standby generator is available for guest rooms only, ensuring continued comfort and access to basic utilities during overnight stays. However, if the standby generator encounters technical problems, no further backup power source is available. Please note that if the main power supply (NORECO) is interrupted during an event, no standby generator is provided for the venue itself. As discussed during the reservation process, Alzurich Private Residences and Resort cannot be held responsible for any damages, interruptions, or failures resulting from such power outages.
DAMAGE OR TAMPERING WITH FIRE DETECTION SYSTEMS / FIRE-FIGHTING EQUIPMENT: Alzurich Private Residences and Resort reserve the right to take action against any guest or visitor found to have tampered or interfered with any detection equipment throughout the resort, including detector heads in public areas, guest rooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers. Guests or visitors found to have tampered with any fire detection or fire-fighting equipment will be charged with any costs incurred by the resort due to their actions and will be evicted from the resort. Depending on the severity of the guests’ actions, law enforcement may become involved at the resort’s discretion. Should the fact that fire-fighting or detection equipment had been tampered with come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the resort property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc.
INFESTATION: The cleanliness of our rooms is extremely important to us, and our guests. If you bring any infestation into your room or onto our resort premises, we may charge you for any and all costs and expenses, including immediate or urgent response requirements and loss of room revenue, that we deem necessary to address the infestation.
LOST & FOUND POLICY: Alzurich Private Residences and Resort assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please contact us on Facebook immediately and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item.
FOUND ITEMS: Alzurich Private Residences and Resort is not responsible for any item left behind by a guest. However, any item, with the exception of perishable items, left behind by our guests and found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to thirty (30) days. Reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an item has found. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries will be discarded.
RETURN: We would be happy to return your lost item(s) to you. Your credit card will be charged packaging and postage, plus a 25% handling fee. A separate receipt will be mailed to you. Alzurich Private Residences and Resort is not responsible for any item lost or misdirected during shipment.
UNCLAIMED ITEMS / NO CONTACT: Lost & Found items are held for thirty (30) days while we attempt to contact the guest. If guest contact information is incorrect or mobile phone mailbox is full and we are unable to contact the guest during the thirty (30) day holding period, the unclaimed item(s) are thrown away, given to local organizations, or disposed of accordingly by Alzurich Private Residences and Resort.
FIREARMS AND WEAPONS: The safety and security of our guests and staff is extremely important to us. Our Firearms and Weapons Policy is designed for the protection of our guests, vendors, staff, and owners, and pertains to the presence of firearms and weapons on resort premises. Alzurich Private Residences and Resort recognizes that guests and vendors may legally possess firearms or weapons for a variety of legitimate purposes. This policy has been developed to create a safe environment by providing appropriate guidance over the custody of firearms and weapons on our premises.
PAYMENT POLICY
1. Any payment with an online component is quoted exclusive of any applicable value added tax (VAT) or similar sales tax. Any wiring fees/charges for online payment transactions are subject to be added.
2. Hereby, the client must provide a copy of the payment for easy payment tracking and for payment confirmation.
3. APRR reserves the right to accept bank transfer and/or cash payment only.
4. Any additional charges or fees spent by Alzurich as a result of the changes made by the client that were not originally anticipated in the agreed-upon plan will be invoiced separately after the event.
OUTSIDE 45 DAYS
5. Booking confirmation requires 50% non-refundable pre-payment through bank deposit and/or cash basis to secure the event.
6. Full payment must be done 30days prior to the event.
7. Pencil booking will be placed on hold for seven (3) days maximum.
LAST MINUTE BOOKING (A)
1. Booking confirmation requires FULL payment through bank deposit and/or cash basis to secure the event.
2. Reservation within thirty (30) days prior the event full payment must be done within seven (7) days from the reservation date to confirm.
3. Pencil booking will be placed on hold for three (3) days maximum.
11. LAST MINUTE BOOKING (B)
1. Booking confirmation requires FULL payment through bank deposit and/or cash basis to secure the event.
2. Reservation within twenty (20) days prior to the event full payment must be done within 48hours.
3. Pencil booking will be placed on hold for two (2) days maximum.
12. CANCELLATION, REFUND, NO SHOW, REBOOKING
1. Once you have received a confirmation receipt of your reservation, such as a confirmation email or an invoice, our cancellation policy will apply to all bookings.
2. Cancellation of booking; 45 days onwards prior to the event is subject for a refund excluding the 50% deposit and the bank charges/wiring fees for the transaction.

7. Force Majeure: If the event/reservation is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled due to a fortuitous incident, an Act of Nature, an unanticipated circumstance, or any other circumstance that makes holding this reservation/conference impractical, illegal, or impossible, APRR shall not be held responsible in any way. A fortuitous incident for the purposes of this article shall include, but not be limited to, a war, fire, labor dispute, or severe weather disaster.
8. Any postponements of confirmed event/reservation and/or any Public Health Emergency declared by local government, any law or any action taken by the local authority that directly affects the operation of the event will be considered as a cancellation in accordance with the above cancellation clauses.
9. Rebooking Policy: Confirmed reservations may not be rebooked or transferred to another date. Any request to change the schedule of a confirmed reservation will be treated as a cancellation, and the applicable cancellation policy will apply. Guests wishing to secure a new date must make a new reservation subject to availability and prevailing rates.
If the event/reservation is postponed or cancelled, the following cancellation fees will be assessed in addition to the overall cost, which covers any necessary lodging, function room rental, equipment, and pre-arranged food and beverage fees. Furthermore, any third-party fees that APRR incurs on the client’s behalf will be paid for by the client.
TERMINATION: APRR reserves the right to cancel or terminate any scheduled event/reservation under the following circumstances: if ordered by the proper authorities; if potential safety concerns arise affecting attendees, speakers, or staff; if any attendee brings deadly weapons, whether or not legally permitted; if required payments, permits, or compliance with laws and regulations are not met; or if natural disasters, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances make it impossible to hold the event as planned.
Guests and vendors who fail to abide by our policy may be asked to leave the resort premises, are subject to trespass and may be subject to further legal action. Exempted from this policy are law enforcement officers and designated military personnel who are on-duty and required to carry firearms in the performance of their duties. No exemption to this policy is allowed for private persons, even those licensed and permitted to carry a firearm openly or concealed under local, state, or federal law, are exempt from this policy.
EVENT HOSTING POLICY
Advance Reservation: All in‑house guests planning to host an event are required to make an advance reservation for the specific event space they wish to occupy.
Event Space Rates: Guests must arrange and settle the applicable event space rates prior to the scheduled event.
Vendor Coordination: Guests are responsible for coordinating with any additional vendors needed for their event, subject to resort guidelines and approval.
Preparation Requirement: Event spaces must be cleaned and arranged in advance, as staffing on the day of the event is limited and scheduled according to the number of guests.
CHANGES & MODIFICATION TO THE RESORT POLICY / HOUSE RULES: Alzurich Private Residences and Resort reserve the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary or add to these Resort Policies / House Rules or the arrangements and content featured on our resort website at any time without prior notice. Any modification to these Resort Policies / House Rules that occurs before your departure is considered a part of your reservation’s agreement with us.

ALZURICH EVENTS AGREEMENT
The Client and Alzurich Private Residences and Resort are eager of entering into an agreement pursuant to which Alzurich shall, provide accommodation and/or other services, subject to the terms and conditions herein set forth;
Our operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM only, as we prioritize dedicating the evenings to our in-house guests. We look forward to providing you with a memorable visit!
Hourly Rental Policy: If you are renting the venue on an hourly basis, please note that time begins upon arrival at the property, not at the start of the event.
Notwithstanding this, the Venue may accept night events scheduled between 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, subject to prior approval and the payment of additional charges. Rates applicable to night events differ from those of day‑use events, and the Client acknowledges and agrees to these separate terms and fees.
REGISTRATION: All guests are required to register their names with a photo ID Card upon arrival to ensure a secure and welcoming environment for everyone.

The Canopy – ₱50 per person (ages 7 and above)
GROUP BOOKING POLICY: (30 pax as example) For day‑use bookings confirmed at thirty (30) persons, the agreed rate shall remain fixed and payable in full, even if fewer than thirty (30) persons arrive on the day of use. Should the actual attendance exceed thirty (30) persons, the resort reserves the right to impose the applicable per‑person rate for each additional guest beyond the thirty (30) confirmed. Non‑compliance with this policy shall entitle the resort to immediate collection of the outstanding balance and enforcement of remedies under applicable law.
VENDORS AND SUPPLIERS’ DISCLOSURE: The Client shall provide the Venue with a complete list of all suppliers and vendors engaged for the event. This disclosure is required to allow the Venue to assess and apply any necessary charges, fees, or conditions associated with such suppliers and vendors. Failure to provide this information may result in additional charges or restrictions at the Venue’s discretion.
This disclosure is required so that the Venue may issue and enforce its own agreement intended for such vendors and suppliers.
GUEST BEHAVIOR POLICY: All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times. Any behavior that causes trouble, disturbances, or poses a risk to the safety and comfort of others will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to evict guests immediately without refund if such conduct occurs, ensuring the well‑being of the property, staff, and fellow guests.
DAY USE ROOM AND POWER OUTAGE POLICY: Rooms are available for day use only from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In the event of a power outage, the standby generator will be operated only if there are three (3) or more rooms booked. If fewer than three rooms are occupied, management reserves the right to cancel or refuse service during the outage. This policy ensures efficient use of resources while maintaining fairness to all guests.
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION POLICY: Moderate alcohol consumption is permitted within the resort. However, excessive drinking that leads to chaos, disturbances, incidents, or similar disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay immediately should such situations arise, in order to protect the safety, comfort, and well‑being of all guests and staff.
SWIMMING POOL GENERAL GUIDELINES
POOL CONTAMINATION LIABILITY: In the event that a guest vomits or otherwise contaminates the swimming pool, thereby necessitating the complete replacement of pool water and extraordinary maintenance measures, the guest shall be held liable for liquidated damages in the amount of Twenty Thousand Pesos (₱20,000). Cleaning/Refilling the pool requires a period of seven (7) to ten (10) days, depending on water source availability. During this time, the resort shall be unable to accept guests or honor bookings. The fee represents the reasonable cost of sanitation, water replacement, operational disruption, and loss of business. The resort reserves the right to enforce immediate collection of said amount and to pursue further remedies under applicable law should payment not be rendered.

We encourage all guests to take a proper shower before swimming; however, in line with our commitment to water conservation, we kindly ask that showers not be left running continuously as though water were unlimited.

IMPORTANCE OF PROPER POOL ATTIRE
Hygiene protection – Proper swimwear reduces the spread of dirt, sweat, and bacteria in the water.
Water quality – Cotton, maong etc. (street clothes) carry dust and fibers that can cloud (makalubog sa tubig) the pool and strain filters.
Safety assurance – Swimwear is designed to avoid accidents, unlike loose clothing that can snag or restrict movement.
Comfort and mobility – Proper attire allows free movement, making swimming easier and more enjoyable.
Chemical balance – Fabrics not meant for swimming release dyes “color nga nilubad” or detergents that interfere with the water quality and chlorine effectiveness.
Professional appearance – Wearing swimwear shows respect for pool rules and fellow swimmers.
SWIMMING POOL DEPTH: ADULT: 4FT-6FT / KIDDIE: 2FT-4FT (NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY)
The swimming pool should not be used by anyone with a known major medical condition (such as heart illness, severe circulation issues, epilepsy, or respiratory issues).
CHILDREN’S SAFETY is our priority. Kindly note that kids are not allowed to swim in the adult pool.
PROPER SWIMMING ATTIRE: Please use the appropriate swimming attire. Cotton, wool, sports bra, basketball attire, sports attire, boxers, anything which are made of natural fabric are strictly NOT ALLOWED.
A fine of PHP500 per person for not following the swimming pool rules. This fine will be added to the account of the booking party, and since our staff conduct random checks, if any of your visitors are found violating the pool rules, the corresponding fine will automatically be billed to you.
For everyone’s safety, please do not bring food or drinks into the swimming pool. Pool water contains sanitizing chemicals, and introducing food or beverages may cause bacterial growth and contamination.
Children below 14 years must be attended by an adult in proper swimwear, and the use of life vest is encouraged for safety.
Glassware is not allowed around the pool.
Please let the resort staff know if you are a beginner at swimming and need assistance.
Diving/Jumping and the like are not allowed.
Any other enjoyable play/games inside the pool should be avoided; the pool is exclusively for swimming.
It is definitely forbidden to chew tobacco, pan masala, or other similar materials on the pool area.
It is not permissible for anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs to be in the surrounding area or the pool complex.
It is not permitted to spit, spew water, or blow your nose in the pool.
Littering around/inside the swimming pools is absolutely forbidden since it might clog the drainage and piping systems.
Wearing of rings, a golden chain, the sacred thread, and the like are not allowed while swimming.
Avoid swimming an hour or more after a meal, when you are tired, hungry, or overheated.
For the safety of all guests and others, please walk rather than run in and out of the pool area.
When exercising or playing in the swimming area, the resort and management are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property, accident, disability, or death resulting from any cause.
FOOTWEAR AROUND/INSIDE THE POOL: Please leave your footwear outside the pool deck/tiles to avoid the sand/dirt from getting inside the pool.
RESCUE CANS: Rescue cans provided by the Venue are strictly reserved for emergency and safety purposes. They shall not be used as toys, floatation devices, or for any activity other than their intended function. Any misuse of rescue equipment may result in penalties or restrictions at the Venue’s discretion.”
ALZURICH BUILDING: Only registered in-house guests are permitted to enter the ALZURICH building.
SMOKING RESTRICTIONS: Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly in provided receptacles.
CLEANLINESS
We kindly request that the venue be left in the same clean and orderly condition in which it was received. Please ensure that all trash and food waste, along with any décor or materials, are properly collected and disposed of before departure. Alzurich staff will take care of the final trash collection, and your cooperation in gathering and consolidating waste in the designated areas will help us maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.
PARKING
Our onsite parking spaces are reserved primarily for in-house guests, while day-use guests may park subject to availability. Please note that our parking area can only accommodate up to 8 vehicles. Guests expecting visitors are advised to inform them of this parking limit, and for larger events we strongly encourage carpooling to ensure convenience for all.
Two-wheeled vehicles are not permitted to park in front of the mango tree. A designated parking area is available for motorcycles and similar transport; kindly ask our staff for directions to the proper location.
MOBILE NETWORK POLICY: Please be advised that our property does not have mobile signal coverage for most networks. Only guests using the DITO TELECOMMUNITY NETWORK will have service available within the resort. We encourage guests to plan accordingly and make necessary arrangements prior to arrival.
LAYHARA LOUNGE ACCESS
If you have booked the Layhara Lounge located on the 4th floor of the property, we kindly request that you use only one designated staircase for going up and down, especially after swimming, as the other staircase is reserved exclusively for our in-house guests.
DECORATIONS AND STYLING
All decorations and event styling must be pre‑approved by management. The use of adhesives that are difficult to remove (including but not limited to glue, duct tape, and mounting putty) is strictly prohibited. Hanging items from fans, electrical fixtures, or plumbing is not permitted under any circumstances. Furthermore, confetti, glitter, and other materials that are difficult to clean are discouraged unless expressly authorized by management
GRILLING EQUIPMENT
We are pleased to provide free use of our grilling equipment for your enjoyment. To ensure everyone can benefit, please make sure the equipment is cleaned after use and returned in good condition. Kindly take care of the grills so they remain ready for the next guests. After using the grilling equipment, please ensure that the fire is properly extinguished with water to prevent any fire hazards.
FREE USE OF AMENITIES
We are happy to provide free use of tables and chairs, the swimming pool, and other amenities for your enjoyment. Please note we cannot provide “buffet table”. To keep these facilities available for everyone, we kindly ask that they be used with care. Please note that if any item is damaged, guests will be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.
Guests acknowledge that the venue will be cleaned and tables and chairs will be arranged by the property prior to the event, based on the property’s initiative if no specific arrangement is advised by the client. In cases where the client requests changes to the arrangement, the venue reserves the right to charge a service fee equivalent to 10% of the total cost of the event.
HOUSE DOGS/CATS: Please refrain from feeding the house dogs/cats with your hands to prevent any accidental bites or scratches. Please avoid petting the house dogs/cats to prevent any accidental bites or scratches. It's best to admire them from a distance for everyone's safety.
BIRD’S NESTS: In our humble grounds, birds’ nests are part life. It is not an ornament; it is a sanctuary. Do not touch or remove the nests.
FISHPONDS: No Throwing of Objects: Please refrain from throwing any items, including trash, food, or other objects, into the fishponds. Such actions can disrupt the delicate balance of the pond environment and harm the fish.
LIVE MUSIC/VIDEOKE AND NOISES: Quiet hours at the Venue shall commence at 9:00 PM daily, in accordance with the applicable local ordinance. During this period, the Client and all guests are required to maintain noise levels at a minimum to ensure a peaceful environment for in‑house guests and neighboring properties. Any violation of this provision may result in penalties or restrictions at the Venue’s discretion.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Keep your personal belongings secure by keeping them with you at all times. This helps prevent loss or theft and ensures a worry-free experience for everyone.
USE OF BIG ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES/DEVICES: Guests will be charged a fee for using any electrical devices or appliances that require electricity. Please ensure to settle/inquire any such charges during your stay.
POWER OUTAGE
Alzurich Private Residences and Resort is equipped with a solar power system that serves as a backup energy source in the event of a power outage. This system includes Islariya and is primarily intended to provide illumination throughout the property. In the unlikely event that the solar backup experiences technical issues, a standby generator is available for guest rooms only, ensuring continued comfort and access to basic utilities during overnight stays. Please note that if the main power supply (NORECO) is interrupted during an event, no standby generator is available for the venue itself. As discussed during the reservation process, Alzurich Private Residences and Resort cannot be held responsible for any damages, interruptions, or failures resulting from such power outages.
ISLARIYA & LAYHARA Environmental Conditions: The Client acknowledges and accepts that the Event Space is an open-air venue. The Client has been duly informed that, at certain times, humidity levels may be high and natural airflow may be limited. The Client further understands and agrees that the Venue does not provide, and is not responsible for providing, electric fans, air-conditioning units, or any similar cooling equipment. The Client assumes full responsibility for any arrangements necessary to address comfort concerns related to heat or humidity during the event. The Venue shall not be held liable for any discomfort, inconvenience, or claims arising from such environmental conditions.
ISLARIYA & LAYHARA Rainwater Intrusion Notice: Please be advised that due to the open‑air design of our event space, strong winds during heavy rainfall may occasionally cause rainwater intrusion. While we take every reasonable measure to maintain comfort and safety, guests should be aware that certain areas may experience minor water entry during such weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and encourage everyone to exercise caution and enjoy the venue responsibly.
CANOPY: The canopy is subject to prevailing weather conditions and is provided without electrical outlets. Guests who elect to book the canopy acknowledge and accept these limitations as part of the terms of this agreement.
VENDORS AND SUPPLIERS’ SETUP & TEARDOWN TIMELINE
Applicability to All Vendors & Suppliers: The setup and teardown rules apply to all vendors, suppliers, and service providers engaged for the event. Compliance is mandatory regardless of vendor type or service provided.
Setup Hours: All decorations, equipment, and event styling materials may only be installed during Resort operating hours, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM only. Vendors and suppliers are not permitted to set up outside of these hours unless prior written approval has been granted by Resort management.
Teardown Hours: Teardown must be completed within 1–2 hours after the conclusion of the event. All materials, equipment, and décor must be fully removed within this period.
Liability for Non-Compliance: Any violation of setup or teardown timelines may result in penalties, additional charges, or denial of future access. Vendors and suppliers are responsible for ensuring compliance with Resort schedules.
FREE Wi-Fi ACCESS: Access to our Wi-Fi is free for our registered guests. The hotel Wi-Fi access code is subject to change without notice. Wi-Fi signals are subject to change without notice depending on the room’s location, the status of our Wi-Fi equipment, and interference from other local wireless signals. Alzurich Private Residences and Resort assume no liability for guest use.
DAMAGE AND / OR THEFT OF HOTEL PROPERTY
You are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room(s), resort’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your party, whether or not staying at the resort during your stay.
Alzurich Private Residences and Resort reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details, or forfeit your security deposit, account information as presented at registration and charge or debit the credit/debit card such amounts as it shall, at its sole discretion, deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by Alzurich Private Residences and Resort as a result of the aforesaid.
Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right, and you hereby authorize us, to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the resort property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc.
We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
DAMAGE OR TAMPERING WITH FIRE DETECTION SYSTEMS / FIRE-FIGHTING EQUIPMENT: Alzurich Private Residences and Resort reserve the right to take action against any guest or visitor found to have tampered or interfered with any detection equipment throughout the resort, including detector heads in public areas, guest rooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers. Guests or visitors found to have tampered with any fire detection or fire-fighting equipment will be charged with any costs incurred by the resort due to their actions and will be evicted from the resort. Depending on the severity of the guests’ actions, law enforcement may become involved at the resort’s discretion. Should the fact that fire-fighting or detection equipment had been tampered with come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the resort property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc.
PAYMENT POLICY
1. Any payment with an online component is quoted exclusive of any applicable value added tax (VAT) or similar sales tax. Any wiring fees/charges for online payment transactions are subject to be added.
2. Hereby, the client must provide a copy of the payment for easy payment tracking and for payment confirmation.
3. APRR reserves the right to accept bank transfer and/or cash payment only.
4. Any additional charges or fees spent by Alzurich as a result of the changes made by the client that were not originally anticipated in the agreed-upon plan will be invoiced separately after the event.

Third-Party Vendor Responsibility: All outsourced vendors engaged by the client are considered third-party providers. The venue holds no responsibility for any issues, damages, or disputes arising from their services or conduct.
Client Accountability: The client is fully responsible for the behavior, actions, and compliance of all vendors they personally hire. This includes ensuring vendors adhere to venue rules, timelines, and safety protocols.
Liability Waiver: The venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or disruption caused by outsourced vendors during the event.
Access & Restrictions: Vendors must operate only within designated areas and must not interfere with venue operations or staff.
The Client acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of this Agreement. It is the Client’s responsibility to inform all visitors, guests, suppliers, and vendors associated with their booking of these rules and conditions, and the Client shall remain liable for any breach thereof.

Government-Issued Photo ID Requirement: All vendors, suppliers, and their staff must present a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport, national ID card) upon entering the Resort premises.
Verification at Entry: IDs will be checked and verified by Resort security personnel before granting access. Vendors who fail to present proper identification will be denied entry.
Access Control Vendor: Access will be limited to approved event areas only. Entry into restricted zones, including residential areas and guest-only facilities, is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by Resort management.
Record Keeping: The Resort reserves the right to record vendor details (name, company, ID number, and time of entry/exit) for security and accountability purposes.
Non-Transferable Access: Vendor access privileges are non-transferable. Substituting personnel without prior notice and approval is not allowed.
Compliance with Security Protocols: Vendors must comply with all Resort security protocols, including bag checks, vehicle inspections, and movement restrictions within the premises.
Liability Disclaimer: The Resort shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or incident involving vendor personnel who fail to comply with identification and access requirements.
Setup & Teardown Timeline
Applicability to All Vendors & Suppliers: The setup and teardown rules apply to all vendors, suppliers, and service providers engaged for the event. Compliance is mandatory regardless of vendor type or service provided.
Setup Hours & Charge: All decorations, equipment, and event styling materials may only be installed during Resort operating hours, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM only. Vendors and suppliers are allowed two (2) hours of complimentary setup time. Any setup exceeding this allowance will be charged at the applicable hourly venue rate.
Teardown Hours: Teardown must be completed within 1–2 hours after the conclusion of the event. All materials, equipment, and décor must be fully removed within this period.
Liability for Non-Compliance: Any violation of setup or teardown timelines may result in penalties, additional charges, or denial of future access. Vendors and suppliers are responsible for ensuring compliance with Resort schedules.
Vendor Clean-Up & Facility Use Clauses
Clean and Orderly Condition: Vendors and suppliers shall return the venue in the same clean and orderly condition in which it was received. All trash; food waste, décor, and materials must be properly collected and disposed of before departure. The Resort staff will handle final trash collection, but vendors are responsible for gathering and consolidating waste in designated areas.
No Leftovers: No food, beverages, or materials shall be left behind inside the Resort premises. All leftovers must be removed by the vendor immediately after the event.
Dishwashing Restrictions: Washing of dishes, utensils, or catering equipment within the Resort premises is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is granted by Resort management.
Restroom Maintenance: Vendors must ensure that restrooms remain tidy and free of litter throughout the event to maintain a pleasant experience for all guests.
Equipment & Décor Removal: All equipment, props, and decorations brought in by vendors must be dismantled and removed promptly after the event. Any items left behind may be disposed of by the Resort at the vendor’s expense.
Teardown & Removal of Materials
Timeframe for Teardown: Vendors are granted 1–2 hours after the conclusion of the event to complete teardown and removal of all materials, equipment, and décor.
Mandatory Removal: All items brought into the Resort premises must be fully removed within the allotted teardown period. Leaving materials behind overnight or depositing them for pick up the following day is strictly prohibited, unless prior written approval has been granted by Resort management.
Conditional Storage: If management approves temporary storage of materials, such approval is subject to availability of space and must be confirmed in writing. The Resort does not assume responsibility for any loss or damage to materials stored on-site, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Abandoned Property: Any materials left behind without approval will be considered abandoned. The Resort reserves the right to dispose of such items at the vendor’s expense.
Damage & Liability: Vendors remain fully responsible for the safe removal of their materials. The Resort shall not be liable for damages to vendor property during teardown, except in cases where management has expressly accepted responsibility in writing.
Equipment & Furnishings
Use of Existing Furnishings: Guests, vendors, and event stylists may use the Resort’s existing furnishings, including tables, chairs, and other provided equipment. Rearrangement within the venue is permitted; however, removal of furnishings from designated areas or outside the premises is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is granted by management.
Islariya Poolside Restrictions: For the Islariya Poolside, wooden tables with bench/wooden seating and fans (wall fans, orbit fans) must remain in their designated areas. These items may not be moved outside without prior approval from Resort management.
Damage Liability: Any damage to furniture, fixtures, or equipment will be charged to the responsible party. Costs for repair or replacement will be determined by the Resort.
Tampering & Repairs: Guests and vendors must not tamper with, dismantle, or attempt to repair any Resort equipment. Only authorized Resort staff or approved contractors may perform maintenance or repairs.
Decor Integration: Decorations and styling elements must not be affixed in ways that damage furnishings (e.g., nails, staples, glue, duct tape). Only non-damaging materials approved by management may be used.
Electrical & Mechanical Equipment: Venue-provided electrical and mechanical equipment (e.g., fans, lighting, sound systems) must not be altered, rewired, or relocated without management approval. Unauthorized use may result in penalties or disconnection.
Storage & Removal: Resort furnishings must not be used for storage of vendor materials, nor may they be removed from the premises. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own equipment if additional furnishings are required.
Safety & Accessibility: All furnishings must remain arranged in a manner that does not obstruct emergency exits, pathways, or accessibility features. The Resort reserves the right to adjust or remove any setup that poses a safety hazard.
Decorations & Event Styling
Pre-Approval Requirement: All decorations, props, and styling elements must be pre-approved by Resort management prior to installation.
Prohibited Adhesives & Fasteners: The use of adhesives or fasteners that are difficult to remove (e.g., glue, duct tape, mounting putty, nails, staples) is strictly prohibited. Only non-damaging materials such as painter’s tape or removable hooks may be used with prior approval.
Restrictions on Hanging Items: No decorations may be hung from fans, electrical fixtures, plumbing, or other structural elements not designated for décor use.
Confetti & Glitter: Confetti, glitter, sand, rice, or other hard-to-clean materials are discouraged and may only be used with explicit written approval from Resort management. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
Candles & Open Flames: Candles, lanterns, or any open flame decorations are prohibited unless specifically authorized in writing and compliant with fire safety regulations.
Damage Liability: Vendors and clients are responsible for any damage to walls, floors, ceilings, or fixtures caused by decorations or styling materials. Repair costs will be charged to the responsible party.
Setup & Teardown Timeline: All decorations must be installed and removed within the setup and teardown periods designated by the Resort. Leaving décor or styling materials overnight is not permitted unless expressly approved by management.
Safety & Accessibility: Decorations must not obstruct emergency exits, fire extinguishers, pathways, or accessibility features. The Resort reserves the right to remove any décor that poses a safety hazard.
Noise & Lighting Compliance: All styling elements involving sound systems or lighting effects must comply with local noise ordinances and venue limitations. Excessive noise or disruptive lighting may be restricted by Resort staff.
Clean-Up Responsibility: Styling teams are responsible for ensuring that all décor materials, packaging, and waste are properly removed and disposed of. The venue must be returned in the same clean and orderly condition in which it was received.
Electrical Equipment & Usage
Disclosure of Equipment: Vendors must provide their clients with a complete list of electrical equipment intended for use during the event. Clients are required to inform the Resort of such equipment in advance to ensure proper coordination and safety compliance.
Approval & Additional Fees: The Resort reserves the right to review all electrical requirements prior to the event. Any equipment that exceeds standard electrical allocation may be subject to additional fees, which must be negotiated and agreed upon before the event date.
3. Electricity and Air Conditioning Use: The Resort shall provide complimentary electricity for event set‑up, specifically for outsourced audio and lighting equipment testing, for a maximum duration of one (1) hour. Outsourced vendors are required to complete their equipment dry run within the allotted time. Any use of electricity beyond the free one‑hour period shall be subject to applicable charges as determined by the Resort.
Consultation with Onsite Electrician: If unsure about electrical wiring, outlet capacity, or power sources, clients must consult the onsite electrician before setup. This ensures safe installation and prevents hazards.
Unauthorized Rewiring & High-Powered Equipment: Unauthorized rewiring, tampering with electrical systems, or use of high-powered equipment without prior approval is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in immediate disconnection and penalties.
Sound & Lighting Compliance: All sound systems and lighting setups must comply with local noise ordinances and venue limitations. The Resort reserves the right to reduce or restrict usage if noise levels or equipment exceed acceptable limits.
Safety Standards: All electrical equipment must meet safety standards and be in good working condition. The Resort reserves the right to prohibit the use of any equipment deemed unsafe or incompatible with venue facilities.
Power Supply Limitations: The Resort provides standard electrical outlets suitable for light to moderate usage. Heavy-duty equipment (e.g., industrial cookers, large sound systems, lighting rigs, etc.) may require special arrangements, subject to management approval and additional charges.
Liability: Vendors are fully responsible for any damages, outages, or hazards caused by their electrical equipment. The Resort shall not be held liable for malfunctions or accidents resulting from vendor-provided equipment.
Food Catering Terms
Garbage & Waste Disposal: Catering teams and vendors are responsible for the collection, bagging, and removal of all garbage, food waste, and leftovers generated during their operations, and must take all waste offsite for proper disposal. Leaving garbage, food waste, or materials within the Resort premises or in Resort bins is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by management, and failure to comply may result in penalties, cleaning charges, or denial of future access.
Prohibited Disposal Methods: No food, drink, or waste materials shall be dumped in toilets, sinks, or other non-designated areas. Any violation may result in penalties or termination of future access.
Food Safety Disclaimer: The Resort shall not be held liable for any issues arising from food spoilage, contamination, or related health concerns. All food vendors and catering services are independently contracted and solely responsible for the quality, safety, and handling of the food they provide.
Client Responsibility: Clients are advised to ensure that their chosen food vendors follow proper food safety protocols, including appropriate storage, preparation, and disposal methods. Any complaints or claims related to food quality or safety must be directed to the vendor involved.
Licenses & Permits: All catering vendors must maintain valid licenses, permits, and health certifications required by local authorities. Proof of compliance may be requested by the Resort prior to the event.
Sanitation Standards: Catering teams must comply with Resort sanitation standards, including the use of clean equipment, safe food handling practices, and maintaining hygienic workspaces throughout the event.
Setup & Teardown: Catering teams are responsible for the setup and teardown of their stations. All materials, equipment, and décor must be removed within the allotted teardown period (1–2 hours after the event). Leaving materials overnight is prohibited unless expressly approved by management.
Dishwashing Restrictions: Washing of dishes, utensils, or catering equipment within the Resort premises is not allowed, unless prior written approval is granted by Resort management.
Damage & Liability: Catering vendors are responsible for any damage caused to Resort property during food preparation, service, or cleanup. The Resort reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements.
Coordination with Resort Staff: Catering teams must coordinate with Resort staff regarding electrical use, water access, and facility guidelines. Unauthorized rewiring, tampering, or unsafe practices are strictly prohibited.
LPG, Butane & Cooking Equipment Safety
Prohibited Use Inside Alzurich Building: The use of LPG tanks, butane stoves, grills, or any similar cooking equipment that does not require electricity is strictly prohibited inside the Alzurich Building, as the facility is equipped with smoke detectors and sprinkler systems. Any violation may trigger alarms, cause water damage, and result in penalties or immediate termination of the event.
1.1 Cooking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the Alzurich Building, regardless of the equipment being used, including but not limited to LPG tanks, butane stoves, grills, induction cookers, hot plates, or any other cooking devices.
Designated Outdoor Cooking Areas: Cooking with LPG, butane, or similar equipment is permitted only in designated outdoor areas approved by Resort management. Cooking inside enclosed spaces or near flammable materials is strictly prohibited.
Pre-Approval Requirement: Vendors must obtain prior written approval from Resort management before bringing LPG, butane, or similar cooking equipment onto the premises.
Certified & Safe Equipment: All LPG tanks, butane canisters, and cooking equipment must be certified safe, leak-free, and compliant with local fire and safety regulations. Expired, damaged, or uncertified equipment is strictly prohibited.
Onsite Safety Inspection: The Resort reserves the right to conduct an inspection of LPG tanks, butane stoves, and cooking equipment before use. Unsafe equipment will be disallowed.
Fire Safety Compliance: Vendors must maintain fire extinguishers and safety equipment at their cooking stations. Resort staff must be informed of the location of LPG tanks, butane stoves, and cooking setups.
Storage & Handling: LPG tanks and butane canisters must be stored upright, away from heat sources, and secured to prevent tipping. Spare tanks or canisters must be kept in a designated safe area approved by management.
No Unauthorized Connections: Unauthorized rewiring, hose modifications, or connections to venue utilities are prohibited. Vendors must use their own approved regulators, hoses, and safety devices.
Liability for Damages: Vendors are fully responsible for any fire, explosion, property damage, or personal injury caused by their LPG, butane, or cooking equipment. The Resort reserves the right to recover costs for damages.
Insurance Requirement: Vendors must maintain valid insurance coverage for fire, liability, and accidents related to their cooking operations. Proof of insurance may be requested prior to the event.
Emergency Protocols: Vendors must comply with Resort emergency procedures and immediately report any leaks, malfunctions, or hazards to Resort staff.
Cleanup Obligation: All cooking areas must be cleaned after use. Grease, oil, and food waste must be disposed of properly in designated bins. Dumping waste in sinks, toilets, or drains is strictly prohibited.
General Conduct & Safety
Smoking Restrictions: Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly in provided receptacles.
Prohibition of Fire Hazards: The use of fireworks, open flames, candles, or pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited within the Resort premises unless expressly authorized in writing by management and subject to compliance with local fire regulations.
Parking Provision: The Resort shall provide complimentary parking spaces for guests only. Parking availability is limited and will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. The Resort shall not be held liable for any inconvenience arising from the unavailability of parking spaces.
Alcohol Consumption: Alcoholic beverages may only be served by licensed vendors and must comply with local laws. Excessive consumption leading to disorderly conduct will not be tolerated, and the Resort reserves the right to intervene.
Noise Control: All sound systems, live bands, and lighting setups must comply with local noise ordinances and venue limitations. The Resort reserves the right to reduce or restrict usage if noise levels exceed acceptable limits or disturb other guests.
Supervision of Children: Children must be supervised by adults at all times. The Resort shall not be liable for accidents or injuries resulting from lack of supervision.
Security & Safety: Compliance Vendors and clients must comply with all safety protocols, emergency procedures, and security measures established by the Resort. Unauthorized entry into restricted areas is prohibited.
Prohibited Substances: Illegal drugs or controlled substances are strictly prohibited within the Resort premises. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the event and possible legal action.
Respectful Conduct: All guests and vendors are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior. Harassment, abusive language, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
Delivery Vehicle Access & Restrictions
Koi Fish Bridge Restriction: Vendor delivery vehicles are strictly prohibited from crossing the Alzurich Koi Fish Bridge, as the bridge is not designed to support the weight or capacity of such vehicles. Any violation of this rule may result in penalties, damages, or denial of future access.
Designated Access Routes: All vendor vehicles must use the approved access routes provided by Resort management. Vehicles must follow traffic and parking instructions given by Resort staff to ensure safety and avoid damage to property.
Electrical Wire Hazards: The access road from the national highway to the Resort contains electrical wires that have loosened from their original position. Vendors are required to exercise caution when entering with delivery vehicles.
Liability Disclaimer: In the event that a vendor’s vehicle damages, drags down, or interferes with electrical wires, the Resort shall not be held liable for any resulting damage, loss, or injury. Responsibility rests solely with the vendor and/or their driver.
Vehicle Size & Clearance: Vendors must ensure that their delivery vehicles are of appropriate size and clearance to safely pass through the access road without causing damage to overhead wires, landscaping, or Resort property. Oversized vehicles may be denied entry.
Parking & Unloading: Delivery vehicles must park only in designated unloading areas. Parking on lawns, pathways, or restricted zones is prohibited. Vendors are responsible for unloading materials promptly and moving vehicles once delivery is complete.
Damage Responsibility: Vendors are fully responsible for any damage caused to Resort property, landscaping, or infrastructure during delivery operations. The Resort reserves the right to recover costs for repairs or replacements.
8. PARKING: Our onsite parking spaces are reserved primarily for in-house guests, while day-use guests may park subject to availability. Please note that our parking area can only accommodate up to 8 vehicles. Guests expecting visitors are advised to inform them of this parking limit, and for larger events we strongly encourage carpooling to ensure convenience for all.
Vendor Access to Alzurich Building
Restricted Entry: Vendors, suppliers, and their staff are not permitted to enter the Alzurich Building unless the chosen event venue is the Lariya Function Hall and prior approval has been granted by Resort management.
Residential Area Restrictions: Even when access is approved for the Lariya Function Hall, vendors are strictly prohibited from entering the 2nd to 4th floors of the Alzurich Building, as these areas are reserved for residents and guest rooms. This restriction ensures the privacy, comfort, and security of all occupants.
Special Access for Service Providers: Only make-up artists and photographers may be allowed entry into guest rooms, and only when accompanied by the client and with explicit approval from Resort management.
Delivery & Setup Limitations: All deliveries, setups, and vendor operations must be conducted in designated event areas. The Alzurich Building is not to be used for storage, staging, or preparation unless expressly authorized.
Liability for Unauthorized Entry: The Resort shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or incident arising from unauthorized vendor entry into restricted areas of the Alzurich Building. Vendors will bear full responsibility for any consequences of non-compliance.
Security Enforcement: The Resort reserves the right to deny access, remove, or restrict vendors who attempt to enter unauthorized areas of the Alzurich Building. Security measures may be enforced to protect residents and guests.
Shower Area & Changing Room Use
Guest Priority: The Resort’s shower areas and changing rooms are primarily reserved for guests. Vendors may only use these facilities when they are not occupied by guests. Guest comfort and privacy shall always be prioritized.
Approval Requirement: Vendors must obtain prior approval from Resort management before using the shower areas or changing rooms. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Cleanliness Obligation: Vendors are required to leave the facilities clean and orderly after use. All personal items, waste, and belongings must be removed, and the area restored to its original condition.
Limited Access: Use of shower areas and changing rooms is permitted only for personal hygiene and changing purposes. Vendors may not use these spaces for storage, cooking, or other non-approved activities.
Liability Disclaimer: The Resort shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor belongings left in the shower or changing rooms. Vendors are responsible for securing their own property.
Security & Conduct: Vendors must conduct themselves respectfully while using these facilities. Any misuse, damage, or disruptive behavior may result in penalties or denial of future access.
Resort Grounds Protection Policy
Foam Parties and Similar Activities
To preserve the beauty, health, and safety of our resort grounds, especially our natural Bermuda grass landscapes, foam parties and any activities involving foam machines, soap-based solutions, or similar substances are not permitted anywhere on the property.
SWIMMING POOL TERMS
1. APRR swimming pool is only intended for in-house guests. Unregistered attendees/visitors from the said event are not allowed to use the swimming pool.
2. An additional surcharge of Php150.00 per pax as payment for using the pool.
3. All guests should wear proper swimwear in the pool. Non-compliance will result in a ₱500 fine per pax. Regular clothing is not allowed, and staff may deny access if rules aren't followed.
POOL DECOR & MATERIAL USE POLICY
To protect the integrity of our pool systems and ensure a safe swimming environment, guests and event stylists are strictly prohibited from using decorations, props, or materials that may clog filters or alter water chemistry, including confetti, glitter, balloons, flower petals, powders, dyes, foam, fabric or paper items not designed for aquatic use, and any foreign substances or liquids. Guests and event organizers will be held fully responsible for any damage or cleaning costs resulting from unauthorized items introduced into the pool, and all poolside décor must be pre-approved by management prior to setup.
PHOTO/VIDEOGRAPH
All photo/videographic materials, such as original photos, or videos, shall be the exclusive property of the client’s official photographer. And therefore, authorizes Alzurich to take video/photographs for online publications and/or request a soft copy.
CONTRACT AMENDMENTS: This contract may be modified or amended by the Venue, as necessary, to address specific requirements arising from the nature of the booking. Any such changes shall be communicated to and agreed upon by both parties prior to implementation.
The Vendors and Suppliers hereby read and fully understood the terms and conditions stipulated in this document. Furthermore, this document and any attachments hereto constitute the entire agreement between the parties and shall be enforced under the law.
