We welcome guests for day-use visits, but please note that reservations are required to ensure a seamless experience. For those interested in an ocular visit to explore our property, we kindly request that appointments be scheduled in advance. Our operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM only, as we prioritize dedicating the evenings to our in-house guests. We look forward to providing you with a memorable visit!

DAY USE IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

REGISTRATION: All guests are required to register their names with a photo ID Card upon arrival to ensure a secure and welcoming environment for everyone.

SWIMMING POOL DEPTH: ADULT: 4FT-6FT / KIDDIE: 2FT-4FT 

WEARING OF FOOTWEAR: Always wear your footwear to protect your feet from potential hazards like nails, glass, and other sharp objects when walking around [there’s a construction is going on].

FOOTWEAR AROUND/INSIDE THE POOL: Please leave your footwear outside the pool deck/tiles to avoid the sand/dirt from getting inside the pool.

PROPER SWIMMING ATTIRE: Please use the appropriate swimming attire.  Cotton, wool, sports bra, basketball attire, sports attire, boxers, anything which are made of natural fabric are strictly NOT ALLOWED. An additional surcharge may apply if needed. Cotton and other natural fabrics can introduce contaminants into pool water because they often shed fibers, dyes, and residues from detergents or other treatments. These materials can affect water quality and disrupt the chemical balance needed to keep the pool clean and safe. That's why swimwear made from synthetic, non-reactive fabrics is recommended for pools! 

PLANTS: Avoid picking flowers that are still attached to plants; only gather those that have already fallen naturally. This helps preserve the beauty and health of the flora for everyone to enjoy. 

SWIMMING POOL POLICY: We have an existing swimming pool policy near the reception office. Please take time to read.

Diving/pushing/running are NOT ALLOWED. NO diaper/footwear inside the pool. Eating/drinking inside the pool are NOT ALLOWED. 

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.

ALZURICH BUILDING: Only registered in-house guests are permitted to enter the ALZURICH building. Visitors/Day use guests are kindly requested to meet their hosts in designated common areas outside of the building to maintain security and comfort for all residents. For sightseeing, please ask the APRR staff for assistance. 

MUSIC/VIDEOKE AND NOISES: Maintain a quiet environment by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours, to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbors. 

PARKING: Park your vehicle within the designated lines and spaces to ensure ample parking availability for others. Considerate parking helps everyone!

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Keep your personal belongings secure by keeping them with you at all times. This helps prevent loss or theft and ensures a worry-free experience for everyone. 

USE OF ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES/DEVICES: Guests will be charged a fee for using any electrical devices or appliances that require electricity. Please ensure to settle/inquire any such charges during your stay. 

CLEANLINESS: Before leaving the venue, please ensure to dispose all the trash properly. This helps maintain a pleasant and welcoming environment for everyone. 

HOUSE DOGS/CATS: Please refrain from feeding the house dogs/cats with your hands to prevent any accidental bites or scratches. Please avoid petting the house dogs/cats to prevent any accidental bites or scratches. It's best to admire them from a distance for everyone's safety. 

FISHPONDS: No Throwing of Objects: Please refrain from throwing any items, including trash, food, or other objects, into the fishponds. Such actions can disrupt the delicate balance of the pond environment and harm the fish. 

PET POLICY

• We value the safety and convenience of all our guests. APRR is dog friendly and please be informed that we only accept small types of dogs less than 10kg, and domestic/house cats to a maximum of 1 dog/cat per room.

• Pet owners should provide the following: vaccination record/anti-rabies certificate, medical clearance, pet’s food and vitamins, water bowls, pet’s leash, pet’s stroller/carrier, pet’s toy, disposable bags, pee pad, diapers, comfortable cage for sleeping. 

• The management and its employees shall not be liable for any loss, injuries, or illness, of any pet for whatsoever reason.

• When in public places keep your pet leashed at all times. Refrain from bringing your pet/s in common and recreational areas within the property such as bars and restaurants, function rooms, swimming pool area, and outdoor event spaces.

• Pets are allowed to play/stay at the property’s garden, if available. Please be guided that the pet owners should clean the waste of their pets and should be disposed in disposable bags. At all times, the guest should keep the property’s good sanitation. Our pets may not speak, but their waste tells the story of who we are as pet owners. Let's ensure it reflects responsibility, care, and respect for our community and the environment. Always clean up after your furry friends—it's a silent yet powerful way to be a considerate pet owner. 

• The pet owners agree not to leave any pet/s unattended. Leaving your pet/s unattended for more than 24hours shall be considered abandonment and shall be reported to the proper authorities.

• The registered guest shall protect resort management for any costs, losses, or damages which may result from such action taken.

• In the event that other fellow guests are complaining about the noise and/or disturbance, pet owners should address the complaints right away.

• In cases that the pet is excessively aggressive/causing harm towards other guests or employees, pet should be removed from the property.

• The management of Alzurich Private Residences and Resort reserves the right to decline, room changes, removal of any pet/s from the property, and/or discontinue the service without refund, if the pet is dangerous, sick, unhealthy, disruptive, or failure to abide and comply the management pet policy. 

• A security deposit of Php5,000 should be provided by the pet owner/registered guest upon check-in (for inhouse only). The said security deposit shall cover any damages incurred which may include but are not limited to, stained linens/textiles scratches on floor/furniture, and revenue lost while the room is under extra cleaning and out of service.  

• The confirmation/room clearance from the housekeeping personnel and no damage was found, the security deposit is subject to be returned.
