Alun Rima Studio built the Introspect application as a Free service. This SERVICE is provided by Alun Rima Studio at no cost and is intended for use as is. This legal document is used to inform users regarding our strict protocols with the collection, utilization, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone utilizing our Mobile Service.

• Information Collection and Data Privacy (Zero-Data Policy)

The Introspect mobile application operates under a strict data-minimization infrastructure. As an Offline Private Journal, we do not collect, monitor, store, transmit, or share any user metrics, personal identity details, journal text entries, voice recordings, or geographical location tracking. All private text entries and local voice memos are handled exclusively within a localized, sandboxed client database (Room Database) and isolated app-local scoped storage. No user data is ever transmitted to external databases or cloud servers.

• Advertising and Analytics Software Development Kits (SDKs)

This mobile service does not contain any third-party analytical tracking tools, behavioral profiling systems, background web cookies, or targeted commercial advertising SDKs. User operations remain completely anonymous and 100% Ad-Free.

• Technical Permissions and Device Authentication

Any storage, microphone, or biometric permissions requested by the application are utilized exclusively to record local audio memos and secure your private logs. To enforce maximum privacy, the application triggers Android's native authentication framework (BiometricPrompt) using a strict BIOMETRIC_STRONG policy. This intentionally bypasses weak or buggy front-camera facial recognition in low-light environments, forcing a hardware fingerprint scan or automatically falling back to your device's native PIN, Pattern, or Password screen. Alun Rima Studio does not read, collect, see, or store your device credentials; all authentication processes are handled entirely by your device's secure operating system hardware.

• Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Because the application operates 100% offline within your private local environment, Alun Rima Studio is not liable for any permanent loss of data resulting from physical device damage, theft, hardware failure, user negligence, data purging, or system factory resets. If you forget your primary device PIN or screen lock credentials, We cannot bypass, recover, or unlock your local database. All local data backup safety and device access obligations rest entirely with the user.
