The Altzone. We investigate the first two months of the station that sets out to change the way you see your favourite music.
Altzone is bigger than all of us. Well, maybe not, but this is a big project designed to give space to the alternative music that we love. Not only from the past and present, but also from the future.
These last few weeks have marked a mission statement for our internet radio station. We now have over twenty shows on the channel, and the number is building, as we build up our schedules and curate our playlists. You can listen to Freak Havoc, a beacon of brand new tracks screaming at you like the white light of a light house, or the Weekly Alt 40 Countdown with Alan Wayne, where the biggest indie and alternative songs of our moment have three hours to shine. This magazine is the next step in Altzone's mission statement. You can listen 24/7 from the player here!
