A synpath can be defined as an individual who deeply relates to an entity, most typically a fictional character, in a way that is integral to their identity. Unlike fictionkin, these individuals do not identify as said characters.

An otherheart is an individual who deeply identifies with or connects personally with an entity. This could be that the being sees the entity as a heartype, as family, or as the subject of a strong connection or affiliation.

An otherhearted individual with a deep connection or identification with to a fictional entity.

An strong identification with or connection to an entity. Often interchanged with "otherhearted".
