The teachers spend their lunch period monitoring the students in the cafeteria. The PTSO would like to gather volunteers to monitor the students during a lunch period. This gives the teachers a moment to relax and take their lunch as they need it.
The entire lunch period lasts from 10:05 pm to 1:30 pm. A volunteer can select an hour, two hours, or stay the whole lunch period.
To establish a date, the PTSO will send out a poll to see when the most volunteers are available.
To participate, ensure your OCS Volunteer background check has been submitted once this year.

The first lunch starts a little after 10. Feel free to show up right at ten and expect the cafeteria to be empty when you arrive.
When you show up to school, log in at the front office and let them know you are there to volunteer for Duty Free lunch and then head to the cafeteria.
Most volunteers stay in the cafeteria at the circle tables in the center.
One volunteer is needed to count and manage the amount of students going into the cafeteria. This person stands outside the cafeteria and near the cafeteria entrance to get the food. This position is fairly simple and the students typically listen. Five students are let in for each of the two lunch lines. Sometimes both areas are open and sometimes one area is open.
The cafeteria team will answer any questions and how to let the students in.
El primer almuerzo comienza poco después de las 10. Siéntase libre de llegar justo a las diez y espere que la cafetería esté vacía cuando llegue.
