Alpharetta HOSA’s August Activities

This month, Alpharetta HOSA kicked off the year with its first general meeting, where members participated in activities such as Would You Rather, and ended with an ice cream social. At the meeting, the 2025-2026 officer team introduced themselves and shared plans for the year. Later in the month, the new officers traveled to Covington, Georgia, to attend Officer Jump Start, gaining valuable skills and developing relationships with their peers. After OJS, they brought their knowledge to welcome freshman and new members at Alpharetta High School. To wrap up the month, the chapter held a freshman social featuring games such as medical trivia, a hula hoop race, and Back-to-Back Pictionary, which helped strengthen bonds among members. Overall, August was an extremely successful month, with a focus on introductory information and welcoming new members. Alpharetta HOSA is ecstatic to see what this year will bring, especially after such a strong start.
