Welcome to HOSA for the 2025-2026 school year! We are thrilled to welcome both new and returning members to our club. 

There are 3 steps:

1. Please fill out the google form as soon as possible. 

2. After you have submitted your form make sure to pay club dues as soon as possible using the following link to the AHS online payment site. 

3.  After you have filled out the form and payed club dues, join the remind for your grade level (this can be found on the home page).
