Alpha Office Suite is an all-in-one application combining:
Document tools (PDF, Word, Excel, PPT viewing/editing features)
Business tools (invoicing, billing, client management, reports)
The Application enables users to:
Open, view, create, and manage documents
Generate invoices and business records
Store data on their own device
Export documents in different formats
Some features may require creating an Account. You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Keep login credentials confidential
Be responsible for all activities under your Account
We may suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms.
To deliver features, Alpha Office Suite may request access to:
Device Storage (to open and save files)
Camera (document scanning)
Photos/Gallery
Contacts (client autofill, optional)
Granting these permissions is optional, but certain features may not work without them.
We never access or modify files without your direct action.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful activities
Upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the Application
Interfere with the App’s functionality or servers
Use automated scripts or tools to access the App
You are responsible for:
All data and content created inside the App
Backing up your documents and invoices

All intellectual property rights related to:
App design
Code
Branding
Logos
Features
UI/UX
are the property of Heute Media.
You may not:
Copy
Reproduce
Resell
Distribute
Create derivative works
without written permission.
You retain full ownership of:
Documents created or uploaded
Invoices, PDFs, reports
Business data and client information
We do not claim ownership over your content.
However, by using the app, You grant us a limited license to process your data only for delivering app functionality, such as generating documents or providing backup/restore services (if enabled).
Some features may be available as:
One-time purchases
Subscriptions
In-app purchases
All payments are handled by:
Google Play Store
Apple App Store
(Depending on your device)
Refunds follow Google/Apple refund policies unless otherwise stated.
We may update or modify the Application to:
Improve performance
Add features
Fix bugs
Comply with regulations
Updates may be automatically installed.
Your continued use of the App means you accept any modifications.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

We are not responsible for:

Their actions
Their privacy practices
You use third-party integrations at your own discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of India.
