At Alpha Office Suite, powered by Heute Media, we believe users should have full control over their data.
If you no longer wish to use your account, you can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data.
This page explains how you can delete your account through the mobile app or through our online request link.
You can delete your account directly from within Alpha Office Suite:
Open the Alpha Office Suite app
Go to Profile
Open Account Settings
Tap on Delete Account
Confirm your deletion request
Once confirmed, your account and any associated data stored in our system will be permanently deleted.
If you are unable to access the app or prefer to submit your deletion request online, you can use the form linked below:

After submitting the request:
We will verify your identity via email
Your account will be permanently deleted within 7 days
When you request deletion:
Your profile information (name, email, profile photo) is removed
All data stored in Firebase related to your account is deleted
Your invoices, documents, and settings stored on the server are removed
This action is permanent and cannot be undone
Files stored locally on your device will not be automatically removed—you may delete them manually.
