Event Production Specialist for the event production company YellowJacket Racing and Official Race Director of the Rochester Marathon. In this role I personally help manage and execute over 40 races in the Rochester, NY area varying in distances, terrain and intensity.

- Receive and respond to all customer inquiries in regards to events
- Complete all permitting for events including the state, county, city, and health permits.
- Sanction events through USATF
- Oversee event registration pre event and on day of race
- Oversee and build online registration
- Manage registrations that come in and respond to any issues as they arise
- Track metrics of event registration compared to goals for the event
- Execute event on site
- Event announcer
- Course set up/tear down, timing, packet pick up, awards, photography, post race food, results and entertainment
- Organize medical needs, transportation, food/beverage/music vendors
- Work with event host sites on logistics for each event
- Communicate with customers via email, social media, phone, and in person
- Recruit and communicate with volunteers and their roles
- Work with event timing team to ensure all timing amenities are set up and incorporated into the event
- Work with event logistics team to ensure all needed equipment is on hand and in good, working condition for events
- Oversee and help develop the marketing plan for races and help distribute marketing materials
- Work with partner race directors to ensure all components of our contract with them have been meet.

- Reindeer Run (5K Road Race in December that participants wear antlers in)
