Every dossier depends on paperwork that rarely gets the attention it deserves: Letters of Access, data-sharing agreements, NDAs before a task force meets. Too often they travel as Word files between inboxes, and six months later nobody is sure which version was signed. AlexSignum was built by regulatory people at Alliance Regulatory Limited to end that.

Once every party has signed, AlexSignum seals the result. The signed PDF, the data entered in the template and the signing details are gathered into one evidence package. Each file receives a unique digital fingerprint, and these fingerprints are combined into a single seal that is recorded, with its date and time, on a private blockchain operated by Alliance Regulatory.
The document itself stays private: only its fingerprint is recorded. If a file is changed afterwards, even by one character, it no longer matches the recorded fingerprint, so any alteration can be detected.

Proof that nothing has changed. Years later, during an evaluation, an audit or a dispute, you can show that your Letter of Access or agreement is exactly the one that was signed, down to the last comma.
Anyone can check it. An authority or an auditor drops the document on the public verification page and gets a clear answer: it matches the sealed record, or it doesn't. No account is needed, and no case details are shown.
Controlled access when you need it. You can also send a partner a private verification link for one agreement, with an expiry date and a limited number of uses, and revoke it at any time.
Proof of when. The seal carries the date and time it was recorded, along with its transaction and block on the chain.
Your content stays private. Only the fingerprint goes on the blockchain. The document itself never does, and no one can rebuild it from the fingerprint.
It starts from a controlled text. Every template is checked against its approved version before a case is opened.
